Bran Castle was an amazing experience and definitely worth visiting. The castle itself is relatively simple, but full of history, authentic architecture, and many interesting details that make the tour enjoyable from start to finish. The marketing around the castle is heavily focused on Dracula, but inside there isn’t actually that much related to Dracula besides a few medieval weapons, interactive displays, and themed areas. Still, if you want to discover a real piece of Transylvanian history and enjoy the atmosphere of an authentic medieval castle, this place is absolutely worth it. The view from the top of the castle is beautiful, and even without special tickets, climbing through all the stairs and rooms feels like a great adventure. I also had the chance to visit the tunnel experience through the old fountain leading into the park, which was very interesting and added even more charm to the visit. Overall, I definitely recommend Bran Castle to anyone interested in history, architecture, art, beautiful landscapes, and the atmosphere of Transylvania.
