Horrible customer service young guy was very rude, we flipped over he told my daughters that he would’ve left them out there if they hadn’t figured it out. The slim tall one was very nice and helpful

They explained everything clearly, kept the mood fun, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and care about their passengers having a great time. The views were incredible, and the smooth takeoff and landing made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend Tristan and David to anyone looking for a fun and safe parasailing adventure!

We had an absolutely incredible parasailing experience with David and Tristan. From start to finish, they were professional, safety-focused, and genuinely fun to be around. They made everyone feel comfortable and confident before takeoff, and once we were in the air, the views were unforgettable—peaceful, breathtaking, and unlike anything else. What really stood out was their energy and attention to detail. You can tell they love what they do, and it made the entire experience that much better. Each year, many motorcycle organizations reach out to local businesses for support in raising funds for charitable causes. We’re fortunate to have numerous companies contribute baskets, gift cards, merchandise, and other items for our raffles, and we always make a point to thank those who help. Today, my spouse stopped by your business to drop off a flyer and donation form. Unfortunately, the employee who received it glanced at the materials, remarked “this is Niceville,” and then crumpled them up and threw them away. As Boogies has generously supported us in the past, we truly appreciate that history of kindness—which is why we returned today. I was disappointed by the interaction. A simple “no, thank you” and returning the flyer would have been a courteous and professional response. It’s unfortunate that this experience reflected poorly on your business, and I hope this is not indicative of how customers are treated more broadly. Additionally, the comment about Niceville was confusing and discouraging—many people from Niceville regularly visit and support businesses in Destin, so the implication felt both inaccurate and dismissive.
