We went on a parasailing tour with Tristan and David and it did not disappoint! It was really fun being up in the air at 400 ft and then a gentle dip in the water felt fantastic. We were a family of 4 from 11 years old to 42 years old and we all LOVED it! I highly recommend this excursion.

The 2 stars are not for any one thing in particular, but bc of the overall experience. We left crab island with one sprained ankle on 1 kid, and another with a broken leg. Not the best way to end a vacation. Getting back to the docks to unload was even worse. We had no idea exactly where the best place to unload the injured would be. There was no one around to assist in getting a kid with a broken leg off of the docks and up to a car. No wheelchair available. I asked several boardwalk workers that I saw about some sort of assistance, only 1 person out of 5 even had a response...1 completely ignored me. I'm scared to think what mightve happen in a life or death situation. We were told upon unloading that the slides are not recommened to be used at crab island, however everyone out there with a boat was doing the same thing. No one told us otherwise during check in. We later found out that the coast guard could've helped us get her back to the docs and to an ER facility as well. Again...we had no clue this service was even available. My 2 stars are simply bc of lack of information given to us at check in. There really needs to be a better protocol in place at the boardwalk in general for emergency situations. Imagine trying to get a child...with a broken leg...from a boat, to the parking lot without a wheelchair. Again, my review is simply bc of lack of important information that should've been shared at check in. Every single person who leaves that dock should know how and who to contact for emergencies.

David and Tristan were incredibly kind. They were thoughtful enough to stop and point out some dolphins to us as we were on our way.The instructions were very detailed and their professionalism made us feel very safe. I will definitely book more events with this company.
