We come here every year, sometimes twice a year. We always do Pontoon rentals and have a great time going to crab islands and driving around.This time it was Paris who attended to us, and everything was great and smooth, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have fun.

We had a great experience overall. I just wish the Bluetooth speakers were a bit louder; it seemed like our particular pontoon had two speakers that were not working. Other than that, the rental was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and very helpful.nd very helpful.

The process was efficient and smooth, and the staff checking us in were friendly. However, our 2 boat guys were not very personable or friendly. They didn’t greet the passengers with any sort of pleasantries or even introduce themselves. Very little communication with us while on the boat… it was odd. The parasailing itself was fun, but the overall experience could have been better if the crew were more interactive.

Kiersten was so so helpful. She helped us figure out the best deal for us and got a map out to explain the difference in the Bay Area and Gulf area! All the crew were super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated it! We have used other boat rental services here in Destin and this one tops all of them by far. If you are planning to go to crab island this one is the most convenient because it is just minutes away from there.
