The boat was in great shape and plenty room for our party. The staff were very friendly and the guys helped carry our ice chest and stuff. We will be back today to rent the pontoon boat and party with our friends

Boogies water sports was the best part of our summer. We love local, but had family come in town and decided to all rent jet skiis and just enjoy the sunshine and all the things they dont get to do up north! We started off with our tour guide Brooks going over instructions which were pretty straightforward. He took the time to answer questions my nieces had and was super patient with the nervous riders on our group. It was because of his patience (and humor throughout our time) that their nerves were gone and we all had a blast. What an incredible way to all bond! The kids especially loved the free time we got in the bayou and brooks had us playing games and just laughing so hard we will never forget it. Thank you Boogies for such a seamless and enjoyable time on the water. I cannot say enough how much fun everyone had and how well we all slept that night!

On vacation, decided to rent jet ski’s and do a little dolphin tour which was fun. Our only complaint is our tour guide his name was Brooks. Absolutely TERRIBLE tour guide! Ran off and left us multiple times. Mind you- we’re not familiar with the area, waves, etc as we are on vacation. He would be so far away, miles ahead of us! Aside from leaving us, he was ON HIS PHONE WATCHING TIK TOK THE ENTIRE TIME!!! Like legit couldn’t keep his eyes off of his phone. I felt like him guiding us DID NOT MATTER. What if we had flipped? Gotten hurt? Needed help? He was no where to be found! Not even in eye sight. We got to a little culdesac, he told us he was going to let us do our own little thing for 30 minutes. COOL! We rode around, went back to the area and guess what? Brooks was no where to be found. We (along with the other couple that rode on the so called tour) was legitimately concerned because he took off and we had no clue where to find him. Mind you also- the last time we seen our guide- He took off on the jet ski’s with his LIFE JACKET OFF!! So we were actually concerned if he was okay. Finally we found him- and as soon as he parks his jet ski, he whips out his phone! And we’re like “can we go now? like this has not been a good experience.” yup, he then takes off. This review is not to belittle Boogies as a company.We enjoyed it but to make it known, please do better with your tour guides and maybe set some rules for phones & maybe pay attention to the people you’re supposed to be touring. It was not worth the anxiety! Had we been with a different tour guide it would’ve went differently!
