Amazing agency, the bus ride was so cool, with live commentary and their overall services were amazing. They were very quick, friendly, and professional, considering we were there on a public holiday, service was top notch. The staff were ready to help out with maps and guiding us as we were unfamiliar with the surroundings. Amazing, and definitely check it out if you are in Katoomba!

Our bus driver, Angus, was a delight, making the trip more fun, and also gave great information and history on the Blue Mountains. We are visiting from Canada and were able to visit many spots in one day, including the three sisters, echo point, scenic world, Katoomba Falls, Leura falls, Cahill’s lookout, and Leura village. Leura village had lots of cute shops. I recommend the candy store, chocolate shop, and gift stores. I loved using this bus service to go around to different stops throughout the Blue Mountains!

The drivers were very friendly and helpful and a great way to get around but just be careful if you have a companion card I would advise you if you only want to go to echo point and scenic world use government buses and purchase scenic world ticket there as this company charges you for scenic world even though they know it is free for the companion

I booked the hop on/hop off bus for my visit today. It was fantastic. A really efficient way to explore the mountains, and the guidebook made following the walking trails I wanted to do really easy.

This is a terrific service. We found all the staff welcoming, upbeat and very knowledgeable. The Buses are great and really showcased the beautiful scenery and area well. Bill the bus driver/tour guide was a continuing highlight our whole trip as we took the opportunity to use the service over 2 days. For me, it's a must when visiting this wonderful part of the world.

This bus was awesome, stopping at all the best places with great views. We liked the freedom to go where we pleased with handy transportation when we needed it. The office staff are great and very informative, the drivers are awesome and provide much information and guidance to help you get the most out of your day. Excellent value and would book again!

Darrell and his driver saved us from the dark when we missed the cable car. The bus is very hygenic and the service is phenomenal. Cheers to Darrell and the bus driver working out of his shift. Highly recommend to everyone!

This is the first time we have been in the blue mountains. We had missed the cable car and we were stuck in the dark with 3 kids. We called the bus company by accident and Darrell had provided us a ride back to the car park. I can't thank the bus driver and Darrell enough. The service is absolutely amazing. Their kindness has been greatly appreciated. They deserve more than five stars. Highly recommend.

I’m a visitor from UK and my first time in Australia. I found the Explorer Bus Tour to be excellent, helpful drivers who are very knowledgable of the local environment and points of interest on their commentary. Useful guidebook is also provided. I also noted the commentary is ‘live’ unlike the prerecorded Sydney tours, and this allows the driver to provide real-time advice on suitable walks based on prevailing weather and lighting conditions. I would strongly recommend the amazing Scenic World combo for access to the Skyway, Cableway and Railway plus some additional nice walks for all abilities.

As a single traveler, this bus was worth the money; You get a handy booklet that describes the hikes and other attractions along the bus route. Mark was wonderful and went above and beyond to help me get the most out of my hiking experience. He answered my questions, gave me tips on which way I should head, and said he'd keep an eye out for me on his route when I got off to do the Devil's Hole hike on my own when the rocks may have been a little slippery. It made me feel comfortable and really added to my overall experience!

Wad camping in Katoomba with a friend who lives quiet a distance away and decided to do the whole "local tourist" thing. We got tickets for the bus and it was well worth it. The drivers Tim, John and Mark all knew their stuff about the area and were great to listen to. Stops are in good locations through Katoomba and Leura. Really worth the ticket price.

The hop on hop off bus is a good way to get to Scenic World and to go to the attractions there. It is quite pricey considering the stops are every hour so you do need to plan. It's not really a hop on, hop off as the timing isn't great having to wait an hour for the next stop. I agree with the reviews that the public bus is another way to go. Also, the service at the office to get the bus ticket wasn't great. It was very crowded and the staff member wasn't happy. Overall, if going to Scenic World it's good to do, if not, just get the public bus and save $$$.

Great way to see Leura and Katoomba. We spent a lot of our time at scenic world. Went on the rides multiple times. We had the bus pass for 2 days with no extra charge. The drive was friendly and helpful.
