Just seeing and being in and around some beautiful mountain scenery was such a pleasure. The coach was very spacious and had that classic German trick of being just perfect and so comfortable. The guide was brilliant, informative and efficient as was the driver. The two palaces we visited were run with the typical high level of efficiency that the German people seem to bring to most things they do. The only negative point was the size of the queue to stand on the bridge at Neuschwanstein. This I'm afraid is the downside of over tourism coupled with the fact we where there on a Saturday which had brilliant weather.

Our guide, Carolina, shared fascinating insights about the history of Munich and Bavaria throughout the entire journey, always highlighting important landmarks and pointing out interesting details along the way. She was incredibly attentive to all requests and questions, making everyone feel cared for and engaged. Our driver, Erol, ensured a smooth and comfortable ride, and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. The selection of snacks and drinks was varied and plentiful, adding to the overall enjoyment of the day. Despite the weather, both castles and the charming village offered a truly unique glimpse into the world of Bavaria and King Ludwig II. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the trip and our guide Deyse was great! The bus was nice and it was not crowded. We had free snacks including pretzels, fruit, nuts, etc along with water, coffee, and a beer on the drive back to Munich. Deyse was a wealth of knowledge on the entire trip including learning information during the bus ride both directions. Since it is a bit of a hike, she helped with tips to make the trip more enjoyable. We had plenty of time for lunch after our castle tour. We had a great day! The description of the trip was very clear.

Ursula outstanding. They do keep you moving but it is important to remember they to have a schedule they too must keep and all of the group are different people and they must accommodate. My recommendation is, read the print, if you can't walk as they say, do not do this tour. Be realistic if your abilities as to not be unfair to those that can. Ursula made things happen for those in our tour that could not, but it was not fair to her as well. She was again outstanding.
