We purchased a 24h hop on hop off bus ticket on February 17th to sight see Frankfurt. We started the tour at 1:30 and did the city tour and the skyline tour and got off at the old town. We explored the old town square for about 1/2 hr and when we tried to get back on the bus, the middle aged woman agent (not the driver) who actually allowed us to get into the bus for the earlier tour refused to accept our digital ticket and did not allow us to return on the bus. This is ridiculous in this digital age to expect us to show a paper receipt!!! I feel ripped off because I can’t make use of my 24 hr allowance. I will be putting this in my review.

Прекрасный тур, рекомендую, интересно не только фанатам, но и их близким . Сначала экскурсия по городу, потом по стадиону ( музей и магазин посещаете сами), а дальше экскурсия по стадиону, раздевалка. Отличная организация!

The trip was quite long but very comfortable. The bus was modern with many amenities including a kitchenette for coffee or tea. The star of the tour was our guide Deyse who was knowledgeable, full of energy and always with a smile. She gave us good advice. The only problem with the tour is that the time you allowed for the visit to Neueschwanstein castle is limited to 25 minutes during which you have to cover a lot of distance in a number of levels and through many rooms. So one leaves the castle with only a vague recollection of what you saw. Unfortunately, the castle is so popular with visitors that there is little than one can do about it. The visit to Linderhof palace lasted almost as long but it is minute by comparison. Still it was a day well spent and we are glad we did it. The Bavarian countryside is really spectacular.
