The whole day was excellent, myself and my wife enjoyed it immensely. It was great value for money and we would recommend it 100% . Philip greeted us initially and was very welcoming, we then met Dimitri and he was a joy all day. Both guides were great, very friendly, informative and professional. The itinerary was brilliant and we saw the very best of Bavaria. We visited 2 amazing locations and thoroughly enjoyed them both. No complaints about Linderhof at all but we both thought the Neuschwanstein castle guide was rushing us around slightly . There's a huge amount to see and we thought she could have slowed up the pace to take it all in . But , we thoroughly enjoyed the whole day and can't thank Dimitri and Philip enough for an incredible experience.

I recently took part in a day trip to Neuschwanstein and Linderhof castles and was truly satisfied. Our guide, Dimitri, was professional, friendly, and even gave us great tips for Munich. Thanks to his excellent time management, the trip was pleasant and stress-free. Linderhof Palace deeply impressed me; despite its size, the elegance and attention to detail are breathtaking—a true architectural gem. Neuschwanstein is iconic and majestic from the outside, though the interiors felt slightly less impressive than the facade suggests. A practical tip: despite a slight price increase, I recommend buying tickets through the guide. Since entries are strictly timed, buying them yourself risks getting a different slot than the group, which could cause you to miss the return bus. Overall, a tour worth doing at least once!

This tour bus was so nice! There was basically a kitchenette with a coffee machine, fresh pretzels, fruit, candy, and other snacks along with bottles of water and we had a beer at the end! The only reason I didn't rate it 5 starts was because we still joined other people on the tour through the castle, it's not a small group tour.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé le chateau de Neuschwanstein, mais les prestations de notre guide et de notre chauffeur étaient parfaites. Comfort, sourire, compétence, écoute, que du plaisir.
