From Munich to airport was terrible, driver was so aggressive while driving and swearing at other drivers also he was rude to one of the lady passengers ,

Es war ein sehr schöner Ausflug. Die Reiseleitung war total nett und hat einen guten Job gemacht. Allerdings sind uns 2-3 Sachen aufgefallen, die man ggf. wissen sollte. Die Fahrt war nicht auf deutsch, sondern auf englisch, uns hat das nicht gestört, Aber wenn man z.B. gar kein Englisch kann, wäre das sehr ärgerlich. Zudem ist im Bus der Audioguide gelaufen und es wurden parallel über das Mic andere Infos durchgegeben. Man konnte sich weder auf das eine noch das andere konzentrieren. Oft wurden Infos mehrfach wiederholt, wäre schön, wenn man sich nicht auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren würde und nur die wichtigsten Dinge ggf. 2-3 mal gesagt würden. Ansonsten sind die Schlösser ein Traum und definitiv eine Reise wert👍🏻

Very good trip ! Recommended for those who want to visit both castles. The tour guide Hanae is very friendly and though it was a large group yesterday, she handled it very well. The driver Filip is also kind and professional.

I castelli sono bellissimi ma gli orari per la visita e quello per il rientro sono troppo stretti.
