No recomiendo, los tiempos entre las entradas y la hora de regreso al camión no dan, no hay manera de ver la cueva de Venus que no te incluyen. Abre a las 11:00 y te citan en el caminon a la 11:20. No te dicen que lleves dinero en efectivo para el camión que te sube la colina para el castillo Neuschwanstein, estas 4 horas pero el boleto de entrada fue a las 3:05, lo que te deja muy poco tiempo para regresar al camión. Si no se es tan joven o con condición física lo hace muy pesado. Varias personas no lograron regresar. El boleto de entrada debería de coordinarlo un hora máximo después de llegar. Muchos no lograron regresar y los dejaron. Nosotros corrimos más allá de nuestras fuerzas. Es una actividad que deberían ser la salida mucho más temprano para evitar tráfico y llegar más temprano a la apertura de los castillos y que te de tus nop de entrar a la cueva y al puente.

The standard bus was very nice! Wish we would have spent more time at lunch before taking shuttle up to the view because we had a ton of time before our entry tickets, and there’s more to do at bottom.

The day-trip from Munich to Neuschwanstein by GreyLine Tours is overall recommended - but comes with strong caveats (your experience will depend on your guide). Logistics - Tour was overall well organized, with clear instructions for navigating the tour-stops, plus meet-up points. Transport - The bus was modern, clean, double-decker with plenty of seating with power outlets and reclining options, had clean bathrooms and the staff provided options to purchase drinks/water/beer at an small extra cost. Guide - Our guide Jay (J) however left much to be desired - Having taking this tour last year with guide Jacqueline (in 2025) who was organized, funny, friendly, efficient and filled the entire bus trip/drive with fun facts, history, interesting stories and legends about the places we visited - I returned this year with family, and the bus trip was entirely silent with no commentary, history, facts or fun at all. It turned out to be nothing more than paying for transportation to the sites.

The day-trip from Munich to Rothenburg/Harburg by GreyLine Tours was fantastic and highly recommended. Logistics - Tour was well organized, ran on-time and with clear instructions for navigating the tour-stops, plus meet-up points. Transport - The bus was modern, clean, double-decker with plenty of seating with power outlets and reclining options, had clean bathrooms and the staff provided options to purchase drinks/water/beer at an small extra cost. Guide - Our guide Jacqueline (Jacky) was the star of the show - I have taken another Grey Line Tour with her to Neuschwanstein (last year in 2025) and consider yourself lucky to have her lead your tour - she is organized, funny, friendly, efficient and filled the entire bus trip/drive with fun facts, history, interesting stories and legends about the places we visited. She set the stage for each stop so the group was excited to get out and explore. This tour comes highly recommended!

Très belle excursion avec des châteaux impressionnants. Les guides des châteaux étaient excellents et captivants, ce qui a rendu les visites très intéressantes. Cependant, nous avons moins apprécié le guide du bus puisqu’il parlait en continu même quand cela n’était pas forcément nécessaire. Ses explications étaient peu claires (horaires à respecter, lieux de rdv…). De plus, nous avons eu la sensation que tout était prétexte à payer encore et toujours plus (tickets pour les châteaux à rajouter alors que le prix de l’excursion était déjà très conséquent, bus pour aller jusqu’au château payant, un coca à bord du bus payant…).

guide's (Johnny) English was not very good. There were extra charges that was not included in the ticket. the driver was an aggressive driver, honking multiple times at cars and attempting to cut them off during a merge. Guide also was visibly angry at a tour member who was late to the bus. I can understand why he was upset, but showing his anger and attitude to the rest of the group was a distraction for many of us. Castle was great -- all this definitely took away from a great location/castle.
