It was a nice trip overall. The people in charge were very organized in moving the people in the morning to the proper buses. Our guide met with us and was very friendly. The ride is very comfortable two story bus with reclinable seats and good leg space. There’s cup holders and USB charger available. On the way to the cites the guide would share information about it. The same guide will not join the tour inside the palace and castle (should you choosw to do a inside the castle tour). The guide drops you off at the site, shares some more information, gets you the tickets and you go at specific times inside the palace. Once inside the palace there is a guided tour as well a person guides you explaining the rooms and everything for 30 minutes. Important to remember that no one is allowed to take photos inside. Once tour is finished you return to bus to meet your guide. The next site is done same way. It’s ok your. Gave freedom to explore which is a plus.

I have an overall rating of 3 stars. Our guide, Hein, was excellent and deserves 5 stars. We used the public train and bus to get to Dachau which diminished the experience. Still worth visiting

The trip was excellent. Guide was very good and funny. The food selection on the bus was good. Driver was great and while this was a busy day we were able to enjoy our visit to castles and small town very well. I highly recommend.

The bus was very comfortable and had WiFi and USB charging stations at the seats. It was a great way to see Neuschwanstein if you don't have a car. Seeing Linderhof was a nice bonus too!
