ツアー中、ガイドさんが楽しいトークで盛り上げてくれていたのがよかったです。一方で、入場チケットを購入する際に、必ず購入しなければならない雰囲気を感じたのが残念。結局、入場券は購入しませんでしたが、そういう人に対するケアをもう少しお願いしたいです。

Ônibus muito confortável e com snacks à disposição. Guia Ursula, enriqueceu o passeio com informações históricas e culturais durante o trajeto e deu todo o suporte às atividades em terra. Bom planejamento do tempo, que permitiu o cumprimento das expectativas em visitar os castelos e o vilarejo.

Primeiro, não teve o áudio prometido em nenhum idioma, não havia aparelho algum. Segundo, o guia estava irritado o tempo todo com as pessoas com idade avançada por andarem devagar e só queria fumar. Terceiro, ele não explicou nenhum ponto turístico e não andou conosco em nada, somente nos levou à praça e disse que teríamos que voltar às 13.30.Eu não tive uma informação sobre o local adequada e eu gostaria do meu dinheiro de volta. Foi muito ruim mesmo e não só para mim, mas todos do meu passeio.

It’s a fantastic trip! Is a double storey coach with emergency toilet, big Ang comfortable seat. The guide Johnny was knowledgeable, and knows what he’s doing. Overall a nice experience.

Honestly, it was a trip that exceeded all expectations. A huge thank you to the tour leader; she was incredibly professional, providing excellent explanations and a wealth of information. Inside the stadium, everything was like a dream, from the warm welcome to the sightseeing areas and the shop. It was a day I felt like a groom, so beautiful was everything. Thank you so much!
