My wife and I took a tour to visit Neuschwanstein and Linderhof Castles, and overall the experience was very pleasant. The group and tour guide were friendly, organized, and helpful throughout the day. The transportation bus was comfortable, which made the trip enjoyable. We also appreciated that the duration of the stops at each site was adequate and gave us enough time to explore and take in the beauty of the castles and surroundings. Overall, it was a well-planned and enjoyable experience that we would recommend.

1. Guide Annetta took short cuts - quite disorganized as she ended up with extra ticket to Neuschwanstein Castle because she did not give 2nd ticket to couple and disappeared for lunch instead of waiting to count group members at castle exit point - GrayLine should issue stickers to clients and guide should carry flag as ID. 2. Bus engine problem that resulted in change of 3 buses. 3. Good array of snacks on board - that's the only good thing. 3. Due to bus problem and guide disorgn, we had only 25 mins in the most charming town Oberammergau. Bus did NOT stop (or park nearby) at the most picturesque painted house with Red Riding Hood - only those on the right-hand side of bus got to see the house. HUGELY DISAPPOINTING - THIS IS AN ITIN CHANGE THAT GRAY LINE SHOULD REVIEW - maybe make a small donation to the entity that operates that nursery/orphanage to access parking for a brief time.
