Our tour guide, Jacqueline was very helpful. She had extensive knowledge on the history of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein Castles. The meeting point was good. The tour bus had good phone charging facilities. I had enough time to view both Castles and took wonderful pictures. Sleeping beauty was the site of Neuschwanstein. Beautiful architecture and history. I recommend this tour for those interested in history and outdoor landscape.

私たち夫婦はコレまで世界中を旅して、いろいろなツアーを経験して来ました。 今回の旅行では、ライン川クルーズも、ブルージュでの舟下りもセーヌ川のナイトクルーズも参加して来ました。 だから、今日の45分間で17ユーロのヴォルフガング湖クルーズは、オプショナルだということだったので参加するかどうかを選ぶことができると思い、魅力を感じなかったので参加しない旨を伝えました。 それを伝えた時、Melanieは露骨に嫌な顔をして、あなたたちだけが参加しないのは困る！2時間2人だけで待つことになるわよ！と脅しました。 私たちの意向を汲んで、バスに乗って船の到着地で待つという提案をなぜ彼女はできなかったのか？ Melanieは私たちを蔑むような態度で、希望を叶える努力を全くしませんでした。彼女は私たちを脅して強引にボートツアーに参加させたのです。 キャッシュで35ユーロ支払わせた後、お釣りの1ユーロさえ返してくれませんでした。 ツアー代金を返して欲しい！ 私たちの17日間のヨーロッパ旅行最後に選んだツアーだったのに、日本語のオーディオガイドもガイドブックも全くもらえませんでした。 一昨日のローテンブルクのツアーでは日本語のパンフレットをパトリシアがちゃんと用意してくれました。パトリシアは最高のガイドでした！ 今日は全く楽しくありませんでした。 とても気分が悪かった。 なぜならMelanieの対応に優しさや親切さを感じることができず、彼女が最低のガイドだったからです。 私たちは必ず、悪いレビューを書きます。

Neuschwansteinin linna oli pettymys. Kierros oli lyhyt, eikä linnassa ollut sisäpuolella juurikaan nähtävää. Linnan ympäristö oli viihtyisä ja maisemat todella hienot. Pidin enemmän pienestä Linderhofin linnasta.
