Fantastic tour! I enjoyed both stops, Harburg castle was interesting, and I felt we had enough time in Rothenburg. The bus was comfortable and the AC worked well. Our guide, Dimitri was excellent.

We arrived on time and could not find the tour. So they left us and they did not even try to contact us to know where we were.

Meu voo foi cancelado por problemas técnicos na tarde do dia 27 de maio. Entrei em contato no exato momento que fiquei sabendo porém não obtive NENHUMA assistência. Já liguei, enviei mensagem, contudo não há nenhuma preocupação com o consumidor. Não recomendo a compra com essa empresa que não dá suporte ao cliente.

the driver rejected my ticket.. had to buy again.. otherwise timing and both pick up and drop points were good.

Die Beschreibungen vom Audio Guide waren gut, die Dame, die die Tickets ausgestellt hat, war nicht sehr freundlich. Aus den Internetbeschreibungen geht nicht eindeutig hervor, ob der 1. Einstieg an jeder Haltestelle sein kann oder ob man zur Paulskirche kommen muss.

Fabulous day out. Deyse was a wealth of knowledge but also her delivery of the information kept us engaged. Our driver Vlad was excellent navigating the autobahns. Excellent comfortable bus with lots of leg room and drinks/snacks on board. Our premium tour also included entry to both castles.

The guide Pedro was very rude and helpful. The distance down from the Castle was definitely NOT only 20 mins. More like 40...and we were running to make it back. Instead of helping he kept threatening to leave us behind. We are not youngsters who can run and make it so he should have accounted for that when telling us about the time it would take to.make it down. After we reached there were still 4-5 people who had not made it..so the bus waited for them to. So what was the need to scare us and ruin a beautiful trip? The bus driver Phillip was very sweet and the only one who kept reassuring us that we would make it. The visit was a long awaited dream come True for us...which Pedro's poor attitude ruined for us.
