Had a great tour with Deepak. He was polite, knowledgeable, and a very clear communicator, keeping the group on schedule. I’d recommend this tour. The bus was comfortable and clean.

Due to circumstances out of our control, (delayed/canceled trains) we missed this activity all together. We were determined to see the castle however and made our own way to the activity. The travel group associated with this activity were impossible to get a hold of to let them know we were at the same destination as them for our return journey. Thus we had also no way home. So we were not only out of pocket for the activity but also had to re book trains and tickets on arrival as they didn’t accept our original ticket. Do not trust this company to look out for you. The only help we received was from GetYourGuide but even then they did nothing. No refund.

El tour cumple con las expectativas, siempre se hace poco el tiempo. El bus es muy cómodo, cuenta con audioguia en varios idiomas incluyendo español. Nuestra guía Felicia habla fluidamente español, muy atenta y preocupada de cada detalle y de nuestra comodidad.

Très belle excursion bien organisée avec une guide au top (Daniele) et de somptueux châteaux à découvrir. Mais la version "premium" n’est visiblement justifiée que par le fait que le car plus confortable avec buffet à bord ce qui à mon sens ne justifie pas un prix plus de 2 fois plus élevé que l’excursion classique.
