It was a very nice trip. Salzburg is a wonderful city. The boat trip on the lake was beautiful. Guide was informative and excellent. The only issue was not really the company's fault, but the trip to Salzburg was about an hour longer than stated because of heavy traffic.

The castle was beautiful but the return bus left me behind. Had to take the public train home and because there were delays I didn't arrive back to my hotel until late at night.

It was absolutely amazing! Demetri and Phillip were both excellent! Demetri knew everyone on the bus and spoke English impeccably, I would’ve thought his first language was English! Phillip was able to get us back to Munich fast even with a delayed departure! It was a beautiful day!

Excellent! Great day trip on beautiful coach with air conditioning. Our guide Dimitri was excellent & our driver Dragan was super! The visit to Harburg Castle & Rothenburg were both well worth the trip, such beautiful places to visit.

Fantastic tour! I enjoyed both stops, Harburg castle was interesting, and I felt we had enough time in Rothenburg. The bus was comfortable and the AC worked well. Our guide, Dimitri was excellent.

We arrived on time and could not find the tour. So they left us and they did not even try to contact us to know where we were.

Meu voo foi cancelado por problemas técnicos na tarde do dia 27 de maio. Entrei em contato no exato momento que fiquei sabendo porém não obtive NENHUMA assistência. Já liguei, enviei mensagem, contudo não há nenhuma preocupação com o consumidor. Não recomendo a compra com essa empresa que não dá suporte ao cliente.

the driver rejected my ticket.. had to buy again.. otherwise timing and both pick up and drop points were good.

Die Beschreibungen vom Audio Guide waren gut, die Dame, die die Tickets ausgestellt hat, war nicht sehr freundlich. Aus den Internetbeschreibungen geht nicht eindeutig hervor, ob der 1. Einstieg an jeder Haltestelle sein kann oder ob man zur Paulskirche kommen muss.
