The day trip was very pleasant, but our time in Rothenburg, including the food break, was too short🥲. Considering the long drive, I wish the tour had been an hour longer. Our guide Melanie was incredibly sweet—she even shared her breakfast with me since I was hungry🥹. She answered all our questions with great interest and kept sharing insights about the places we passed by. I highly recommend this tour☺️. The only downside was the limited time in Rothenburg.

The ticket basically only includes the transportation to the region where the castles are located. You have to pay 42€ to enter both castles (it’s a bundle ticket so you can’t pick and choose). The guide provided very minimal information about the castles and history. The time you’re given to visit both castles and the bridge overlook is very tight, especially with long summer crowds. Definitely not your moneys worth.

The bus hours are not clear on the information page and I called and texted via given number but nobody answer them. I have found the bus spot by chance. I didnt know the last bus, untill i asked for it, the organisation is not fully organised or there is a problem with informing. When i found the bus İ tried to get enter it, there was no hub with the brand of bus so i thought that they will check the tickets on the bus. But when i attempted to get on someone stopped me in a rude way and i asked what is going on? I couldnt see the brand on her t-shirt. She said: Show your ticket! I got closed to her and after that I have seen the brand name on the t-sihrt becuse it was too small. Besides all of these, the trip was good. I have really enjoyed.

Hello. First of all, the tour guide Hanae made the trip unbearable. She spoke the whole 2 hours on the way there and back, and not only history facts that were interesting. It felt like she was speaking only to speak something, and it gave me a terrible headache and mood The bus was terribly structured. Some of the best places is where the snack bar is, so we were forced to be on the back of the bus, where it jiggled a lot. Also, it is said they offered coffee during the trip, but the bus driver Senna turned the coffee machine off as soon as the trip began. and the tour guide immediately said she did not know how to do the coffee, as if she couldn’t learn, or we couldnt do on our own. The town Oberammergau we stopped on the way to Lindehof felt wildly unnecessary, as it is clearly a stop for the tourists to buy things that the guide will get a comission on. They say its also to eat something, but we just had lunch. lu wonly thing she said and showed us about the town were the shops

Audio guida inesistente. Guida brava ma non sufficiente per tutto il gruppo (pullman a due piani pieno forse 100 persone) formato da inglesi tedeschi greci russi italiani portoghesi e spagnoli, mi pare pure asiatici. Mentre nel pullman la audio-guida descriveva la storia, la guida parlava in inglese di altro rispetto a quello che veniva detto. Complessivamente il costo della escursione non è stato adeguato rispetto al servizio fornito.

Описание экскурсии не соответствует действительности!Посещение замка Хоэншвангау и грота «Венеры» было не возможным из за ограничений во времени.Зато обед был на 1,5 часа, который нам был не нужен!Мы выбирали именно эту экскурсию для возможности попасть в грот «Венеры», о посещении которого мы мечтали всю жизнь!И находясь прямо около его входа мы туда не попали.Нам не хватило 15 минут времени, чтобы попасть в грот «Венеры», так как автобус не мог ждать.Также нам не понравилось, что не был организован шатл (автобус) для подъезда и отъезда от моста Мариенбрюке и к замку Нойшванштайн, что не дало возможности по времени попасть в замок Хоэншвангау и также прокатиться конным экипажем, поскольку время было очень ограничено и нерационально расчитано для посещения всех достопримечательностей, которые были в описании экскурсии.Информацию о том, что мы не успеваем по времени попасть в грот “Венеры» привело нас к разочарованию!Нам предложили на выбор посещение замка Линдерхоф или грот «Венеры».

il percorso dei castelli e' stato bello, molto deludente invece, e' stata l'organizzazione. la guida era inesperta e parlava malissimo inglese, non si capiva mai nulla. sembrava tutto molto approssimato. le tempistiche dal castello al bus molto brevi, abbiamo dovuto fare tutto di corsa e poi abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 min chi non e' riuscito ad uscire in tempo perche' il biglietto del castello di Neuschwansten ha un orario specifico e non si puo' entrare prima.
