So much fresh, amazing food

We did a tour that was breakfast/lunch. It started at 8:30 in the morning where we met Jacob and Jane (Jacob was the main guide and Jane was "shadowing"). We met in front of a famous coffee place where they got us coffees to start then went through the fish markets. We are at one restaurant then Jacob bought fish from the indoor section where the locals go and we had a picnic. We finished off with the typical dessert (the fish looking pastry filled with red beans) from the shop that invented them. Jacob was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He had a lot of great stories to share. It was our fourth day there and I wish we would have done it sooner.

Jane is amazing! Her food tour was exceptional as was her passion for the restaurants and Tokyo in general. I cannot imagine a better guide and would recommend her for any tour. The ramen restaurant was amazing and every stop was very good!

We really loved this tour that Jakob and Wes gave us this evening. They were so accommodating to our dietary requirements which isn’t easy in Japan but they gave us the full experience. Our small group was fun and relaxed. We were so pleased we saw the cherry blossoms at night and had a fabulous time at dinner as well.

This was, by far, my most favorite tour I’ve been on in Japan. Ako was an amazing tour guide. She was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The walk around the shops and then to the imperial palace garden was wonderful and enjoyable. We had a small and intimate group which is exactly how I enjoy seeing and exploring new places. Thank you, Ako, for making this a very enjoyable experience. You are amazing and wonderful!
