So So Harbor Tour
Tour is a quick trip around the harbor. We saw a few sites, but we had rainy weather so everyone stayed inside and views were not great.

Well worth the couple of hours
Well worth the couple of hours. Good views of Seattle and surrounding areas, from the water of course. Good narration by the staff - they were very friendly and knowledgeable. There is only 1 lock that transitions you from salt water to fresh, so that's somewhat interesting. You get to see some unique houseboats and learn a bit of the history of the wharfs.

Customer service is very bad. We had called to reschedule the cruise time and someone on the call said its done. But they had canceled it. The first person at desk couldn’t help and the Second Lady was inconsiderate and was unwilling to change ticket timings sooner even though we mentioned we have flight to catch later. We understand reservation, boat has to leave within time and all but tourists traveling from different cities won’t have the luxury to book whenever we want. Customer service should be aware of this and atleast be efficient and have patience to listen while bookings.

Seattle Locks Cruise
We did enjoy this cruise. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided a great deal of information. The only criticism would be the number of chairs they had in each row and the placement of the chairs made it difficult to see things on either side of the boat, depending on where you were seated. The chairs were not very comfortable. I know that comfort is not necessarily a necessity for a cruise of this type, but I think it could’ve been done a little differently. Overall, I enjoy the experience and would recommend it to others.

Took this tour in hopes of seeing some wildlife. We spotted jellyfish, a seal, an otter, and a few seal lions! Couldn't really hear the narrator, but still a beautiful ride through the harbor.

A Perfectly Relaxing Seattle Evening Cruise
I had a fantastic experience on the Seattle evening cruise! From start to finish, everything was smooth, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were professional and welcoming, creating a calm and friendly atmosphere right away. The bar served excellent drinks, well-crafted and just what you’d want for a chilled-out evening on the water. One of the best parts was the minimal narration; it allowed for plenty of relaxed conversation without constant interruptions. It struck the perfect balance between informative and peaceful. The sights were stunning, cruising past the Seattle skyline, Alki Beach, and Alki Point was absolutely beautiful, especially with the great weather we had. It truly showcased the best of the city from the water.

I was throughly impressed by the staff. The captain had the right touch of communicating the surroundings while also giving the passengers time to sit back and observe. The bar staff was attentive and knowledgeable. I will recommend to my friends if they have a couple of hours in Seattle for a great experience.

A perfect end to our trip
This was a good last minute decision. The evening was beautiful , the crew friendly and attentive and we enjoyed relaxing on this early evening tour. Several sights were pointed out to us, but the main focus seemed to be on enjoying our time on the water. The 1 1/2 hr trip was just right.
