ONBOARD 80TH BIRTHDAY CELBRATION DENIED
Hello, this cruise is something my husband and I have been looking forward to for YEARS! I was hoping you could 1. sell us 5 desserts with ice cream and candles for our group of 5. I purchased tickets for 3 of our friends so they could celebrate with us. 2. You have drinks and snacks for sale. Almost any one of the snacks could briefly hold a candle. 3. The candle doesn't even have to be lit. It could just be placed ON the dessert. 4. alternatively, we could buy beverages and TOAST his birthday. 5. there is plenty of wind, so it's hard to believe a small birthday candle which is lit for the 10-second birthday song would be a safety hazard, considering all the safety training the Argosy staff undoubtedly goes through before beginning their employment 6. if the captain announced that "one of our guests, Gaylloyd, is celebrating a very special birthday today, his 80th, the other guests would undoubtedly enjoy joining in & singing the spontaneous 10-second birthday song. How often have you witnessed people in restaurants joining in the "Happy Birthday" song and clapping. In these times,we need more joy!! 7. Rather than being distracting, it would be very beneficial to your image of customer goodwill. It could become something you could offer in the future, for a fee of course. 8. We would gladly pay extra to have our beloved friend and my husband celebrate his reaching old age, which most people on earth do not have the privilege of doing. 9. Please ask the captain to reconsider.

Wonderful experience. It was a good way to see some of Seattle's main attractions. The tour guide provide historical facts, fun facts, and other information about Seattle. I do recommend. If you go in July, please bring a jacket. It gets windy and more chilly the farther you get from the coast.

Edit: I will bump up my review, because the in-person crew have been nothing but jolly or professional. End. Following the address listed in the confirmation email - 1101 Alaskan Way - will lead you to a random location almost an hours walk away or a 20 min car ride near some train tracks. Obviously, folks on a tourist cruise are mostly completely unfamiliar with the area. I don’t understand why they would put some random train tracks address as the pick up location. I had to spend two hours going to a wrong location, calling to reschedule, being on hold for a while, then going back to the pier where I started because of their stupid confirmation address listed. By the time I actually sat in the boat, I was over the whole experience. I had zoomed up and down the side of Bay trying to find their listed address, and had already seen a lot of the tour area on my own from the shore trail.

We took this cruise as part of the Seattle City Pass. We really enjoyed it. We really love our tour guide. I wish I remembered his name. Anyway, he was very informative and entertaining. I learned many facts about Seattle. We chose a cruise at 5:30p and it was perfect weather. They also served drinks and food. Great experience overall!

Seattle Harbor Cruise - Worth It
Great views of Puget Sound and Seattle as a whole. I would recommend anyone visiting Seattle to check this out, it's well worth it.
