Great cruise and staff
This was a very good cruise. So much to see, and so little time. The crew were very friendly and the guide was entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. Seeing the skyline from a different angle was interesting. Would have been great to see more of the Sound, but I guess that’s another tour

Best views of the city
I bought this tour mostly for my husband because he absolutely loves boats and has been trying to get me over to the Ballard Locks for several years. We absolutely love playing tourist in our hometown and this tour did not disappoint. Our tour guide (I think his name is Matthew? 😬) was so informative and hilarious on top of that. We had an added bonus in Elliot Bay with a random boat fire! Smelled terrible but was pretty rad to role play as investigators trying to solve a crime (you know, making up scenarios in your head to match your vision). I have developed motion sickness in my midlife (yay add more goodies to the wrinkle bag) and was near vomit status in the Bay but as soon as we locked it up and got on Lake Union I was fine. Maybe the fish ladder has magical powers? The views of the city were fantastic and everyone on board was great. I also would like to say to the captain, sir, I greatly appreciate your need to put safety first as you stopped narrating the tour to safely drive us into the small locks. Plus your captain skills are legit, fine work to you and crew. I will recommend to others, can’t say I’ll personally be back due to sea sickness, but will send everyone I know your way!

Segundo ano que ficamos neste Hotel, estadia muito agradável, espreguiçadeiras junto à praia muito convenientes, Staff muito profissional e prestável. Destaque para a C-SAR que é uma jovem especial, sempre sorridente, irradia simpatia! Também na receção tivemos um acompanhamento muito bom, obrigado á NEENA, NIITA e BUCH, trainees fantásticas. A vila em que ficamos 307 era espaçosa e com exterior rodeado de natureza. Pequeno almoço bom.

I gave this 5 stars as it was really fun with great views and excellent customer service! It does not disappoint. The only thing I do have to say is to just buy your tickets at the gate as it was actually CHEAPER that way.

Good tour. Outrageous parking!
The boat was great, the views and tour guide were good. Big disappointment was that trip advisor does not bother to tell you that you have to find your own parking. No one street parking available anywhere. Had to park in lot so as not to miss boat. Boat ticket $46.00. 2 hour parking $49.75! Would have left sooner to find parking had we known.
