I want to give a huge thank you to Ryan, the kind gentleman with the mustache and blond-reddish hair who was working at the ticket and customer service desk on July 4th. I was on the 6pm cruise. I thought I had purchased a ticket and missed the boat, but it turned out I hadn’t even completed the purchase. Ryan was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while I figured it all out. I was having a rough day, and his calm and friendly attitude made all the difference. But what truly amazed me was what happened next. After I bought the correct ticket, I was waiting at the wrong dock because the departure location had been updated in an email I didn’t see. Somehow, in the middle of a huge crowd, Ryan found me and made sure I got to the correct dock just in time to board. I honestly don’t even know how he spotted me, but he did. That level of awareness and care is rare. He is a true professional, and Argosy is lucky to have him. Thank you again, Ryan, for turning what could have been a frustrating moment into a great memory.

Wonderful to experience the views of Seattle from across the cruise. Captain Jeff, thank you for narrating the history of places along the route. The check in and check out was seamless and the staff was professional and polite.

Nice cruise around Seattle Harbor with great city views. Had a nice commentary during cruise. Cruise was about one hour. Nice thing to do on a nice day in the city. Leaves from pier 55.

Terrible Customer Service
I realized within an hour after making these reservations that I clicked the wrong day. I called to ask if I could change the reservation to the next day. I was told no, that I would not get a refund and the event was sold out for the next day. I went on the website to check on tickets and would have been able to buy the exact 4 tickets I had, so they were not sold out. I never asked for a refund, we really were looking forward to the excursion. I don’t think I will ever use this company again. Not only did they not forgive my very human error but then lied about being sold out. Not a good business strategy. They may not miss the business of just 4 people but I will tell everyone I know not to use this company.
