Better boats out there
It was nice 1.5 hour cruise but the boat was a little rough and could use a refresh. The seats were uncomfortable and the inside viewing deck was hot. All the seats outside were already taken so we had to sit inside. My advice, arrive early to get a seat outside if it's warm enough and you can climb stairs.

Terrible Customer Service, we left in plenty of time but didn’t know there was a parade. City pass site didn’t warn us. When having a special annual event you should be lenient on the arrival time, we were 7 minutes late. Office was closed and we couldn’t contact them to let them know we were on the way but stuck. Would not recommend. After we missed the boat we went to a local restaurant and they said we weren’t missing anything and these guys don’t care, they will take your money and leave ya behind. The boat was still there when we ran up.

Start time was shown to be 4:30. We arrived at 4:25 and boat had already left. Cruise operator could not help because it was booked through Viator (3rd party). You are better off booking directly with Argosy because they will refund or rebook you. Viator will not.

Interesting, informative and lots of fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our harbor tour. It was very interesting to see Seattle from the water. I highly recommend this tour.

An enjoyable tour around...
An enjoyable tour around part of the Puget Sound. It was well narrated. The weather was pleasant. The company offers longer tours that go further into other locations in the sound but this 2 hour tour was sufficient for the time my wife and I had to spend.
