Great crew and guide, new boat, full bar and lucked out with perfect day/weather. We did the one hour harbor cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Why force us to go to two piers to get a ticket
I have mobility issues and was not able to make it to the pier to convert my voucher into a ticket. I would like to say it is RIDICULOUS that you force us to go to one pier in order to convert the voucher into a ticket. Then go to another pier for the tour. With my mobility issues I was not able to make it to the second per in time for the tour. So basically I'm quite dissatisfied with this tour.

This was AWESOME! Our tour guide was fabulous - so very knowledgeable about the Seattle harbor. The views were spectacular. We got to see so much and learn all bout the history of the city and the harbor. So fun!

This was a well narrated tour that lasted for an hour. Worth the money and time if interested in getting a quick summary of the city. I went through the CityPass, it is as simple as scheduling it on the app/website, show up at Pier 55, a few minutes prior to the scheduled time (approximately 30).

It was really great to be honest. Usually I think these type events are straight up tourist traps but the one hour cruise and running commentary by the staff was great. Perfect weather made it that Much better.

Would not take this cruise again. Couldn't see much from our seats, 134 people on the boat. People got up and took over the railing front and back. Selection of food not really existent like the menu on the website. Hard to take pictures with so many on the boat and not a lot of space. Really sad as I had hoped to have a relaxing cruise for the sunset. There wasn't a lot of info about the coast line like I thought.
