Viator was horrible and Argosy (cruise provider) was worse

This review is for both Viator and Argosy (cruise provider). We arrived at the dock ready to board at 4.05pm when we had checked with Argosy beforehand about this boarding time and got confirmation. But at the dock they decided to pull the ramps ahead of time and did not let us board. We were told to just work with Viator for a refund. I called Viator support who then contacted Argosy about the situation to get a refund approved. 24 hours later the refund was denied. Viator support was of no help and Argosy did not honor the terms of their sale and timings. Never using either in the future.

Really enjoyed our cruise. Great views of Seattle from the water. Commentary was interesting and had a bar and snacks on board. Good value

We took the Locks cruise which was a 2hr one way only trip to Union lake. The trip was fully narrated by a very knowledgeable crew member - lots of interesting facts about Seattle both past and present. At the end you get off and walk back to Downtown Seattle picking off those other places you wanted to look at. Thoroughly recommended.

I honestly didn’t even want to take the cruise because I get seasick, and our plan was to use the CityPASS for the science center—but it turned out to be closed while we’re here. So we decided to take a chance on the cruise, and I’m so glad we did. It was absolutely amazing—super informational in a fun, engaging way—and we even got lucky enough to see one of my favorite animals, the sea lion! I did end up getting seasick, but it was totally worth it. The staff was fantastic, and even the bathrooms were spotless, which I really appreciated

Enjoyed seeing Seattle from the water with great views of many of the cities landmarks. Was great seeing the seals in action near the ship yard whilst enjoying a cold beer from the bar on board. Recommend to anyone visiting Seattle

The sunset cruise is worth it. You could get the same views on the Bainbridge ferry but this one takes its time and the narrator points out important landmarks. The drink selection on the boat could be better. And the playlist.

Afternoon Cruise

A lovely hour to relax and see the sights by boat. Our tour guide mixed humor with lots of info regarding Seattle. Get there about 20 to 30 minutes to get better seats. We sat on the right side as recommended. we took the 4: 05 boat. Snacks and drinks as well as restrooms are all available on the boat. The boat left promptly and returned on time as well.

The cruise was so much fun and informative! The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. I use a walker and they made sure I was safe. This is a 10/10 in my book!!
