We had booked tickets online for a 1605 sailing 24Sept. We arrived early - around 2:00 pm at the pier. I decided to ask the young lady at the podium if we could switch to the 2:45 sailing, and she was very pleasant and helpful and switched our tickets to the earlier sailing. We were visiting from the U.K. and we were trying to squeeze a lot of activities into our itinerary. Thanks to this lovely and very helpful young women, we were able to go on and do some more activities which was a bonus. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience. The narration was very interesting and informative. Long may this business prosper. Excellent experience

Had a great time and learned a lot about the buildings and the whole area! The boat is very roomy with clean restrooms and even a snack bar!

Great experience with beautiful views and a lot of cool info. Highly recommend this excursion. It was the perfect length for us considering we had other activities to do throughout our day.

A different perspective on Seattle's sights
A wonderful way to spend an hour on a warm sunny afternoon. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and explained not only what we were seeing but also plenty of history. I liked her jokes and 'little asides' - she was very clear and easy to hear and walked around answering questions from guests. Nice to see lots of Seattle's sights from the water, gave a different perspective. We were also lucky to see the sea-lions basking in the sun (and a container ship being loaded!). The boat served a range of drinks - alcoholic & soft, which was good as it was very warm. Had we had more time in the city, the locks tour would have been next on our agenda.

Viator was horrible and Argosy (cruise provider) was worse
This review is for both Viator and Argosy (cruise provider). We arrived at the dock ready to board at 4.05pm when we had checked with Argosy beforehand about this boarding time and got confirmation. But at the dock they decided to pull the ramps ahead of time and did not let us board. We were told to just work with Viator for a refund. I called Viator support who then contacted Argosy about the situation to get a refund approved. 24 hours later the refund was denied. Viator support was of no help and Argosy did not honor the terms of their sale and timings. Never using either in the future.

Pier 55 Argosy boat tour!
Great little cruise . Took one hour. Emma was very knowledgeable with Seattles history. Wonderful views of Seattle! Even saw sea lions! If you’ve never done this cruise , I would recommend going. Boat was very nice also!
