It was great!! We learned things about Seattle we had no idea of before the relationship with Nordstrom's as well as the barges that were pointed out to carry cargo from main 48 to either Hawaii or Alaska. Then didn't realize the logo for Starbucks wore a crown.

Our tour guide was knowledgeable. The narration made the experience more enjoyable. The views of Seattle from the water were beautiful. We were lucky to see a U.S. battleship docked nearby. We also passed a large cargo ship where an employee was operating a crane to move cargo. Our captain honked at them. They honked back to acknowledge us. Lastly, shoutout to the woman at the customer service desk on June 27th. She was very friendly and helped us change the time on our tickets.

Update: We initially missed our Christmas Ship™ cruise due to conflicting parking instructions in the pre-departure emails, which led us to the wrong marina. This was understandably frustrating. That said, after we followed up and shared the full timeline, Argosy Cruises reviewed the situation, acknowledged the issue, corrected the parking link, and issued a full refund. We appreciate them taking responsibility and resolving the matter fairly. Dock staff and the reservation phone representative were kind and professional throughout. While the initial experience was disappointing, the way the company ultimately handled it restored our confidence. Original: We missed our Christmas Ship™ cruise due to conflicting parking instructions sent by Argosy. The “Know Before You Go” email (sent two days prior) linked to the wrong parking location, and a later reminder email used a different link without any warning that the earlier instructions were incorrect. We reasonably relied on the preparation email and arrived at the wrong location, despite allowing ample time. The dock staff were kind and apologetic and even tried to find a later sailing for us, and the reservation phone representative was sincere and understanding. Although Argosy offered a weekday 2pm slot as an alternative, it is not comparable to our original 5pm weekend ticket and does not work for our family. The disappointment comes from ticketing and customer support, who refused to take responsibility or offer a refund despite clear, misleading instructions. Better coordination and accountability would have prevented this experience.

The trip began with everyone greeting us and we were off to a good start. The tour guide did an amazing job giving us the history of the harbor and Seattle. He started that he would be coming around to ask each group where they were from, he spoke only to the white people on the boat. The people of color on the cruise, he passed by, my daughter followed him onto the second deck, she brought popcorn, only to see him do the same thing there. I had no idea that the policy of your organization was to ignore people of color and he had the nerve to smile at all the passengers as they left the ship and wish them a good day, the nerve! How awful for passengers to witness discrimination in real time. We won’t be using your company for tours again, we were disappointed twice, the tour guide never showed up or contacted us on the Wednesday Pikes Market tour, and the experience on the harbor cruise was too much!
