They are not professional! They did not cancel the northern lights tour even though the weather was awful and there was no chance to see the lights. I tried to contact them to rebook another tour but there was no answer and when I finally got a response they said it‘s fully booked until end of the month and there is nothing we can do about it. 90€ for nothing not even a good service.

I booked the norther lights tour with small group. I was quite disappointed and we couldn’t see the northern lights because of the weather conditions. we were not able to retry because it was sold out before our leave and that was not mentioned on their website. The guide was not professional and didn’t explain the phenomenon. He did no effort and drive us not far away from Reykjavík. Instead he stopped in nowhere with the hope to see the northern lights. I don’t recommend this tour agency. We paid too much for nothing.

DON'T BOOK tour "Magical Auroras - Northern lights in a minibus" with this company, its a WASTE OF MONEY. We booked this tour in December. Our tour guide didn't provide any information regarding northern lights. There were no blankets as mentioned in the tour description. we didn't see northern lights the day we booked for and as mentioned in the tour description we can rebook if no aurora lights visible, but even though I called multiple times to book for the next day, the trip wasn't booked. It's a huge waste of money. No information, no lights, no rebooking. Total SCAM to take your money.

Incredible tour company! We had ample time to explore all the sites while still fitting in a lot during the day! All of our guides made us feel safe despite Iceland's famously unpredictable weather. Highly recommended!

0 stars for the company. 7 Days around Iceland RingRoad and Into the Glacier from Reykjavík - Arctic Adventures and Reykjavik Excursions They were supposed to pick me up from Borgarnes for the last day of the tour - Into the Glacier Tour at 10 am. They literally forgot to pick me up. When I called them once at 10:00 and then again at 10:30am that I am waiting for pick up they said that the bus will pick me up and it might just be a delay. They were booking via Rejkavich Excursions for the last day. I insisted that I will stay on call till they are able to contact the guide or driver. In the meantime I called up Reykjavik Excursions and asked when will the bus pick me up and they informed me that there was some confusion in their system and the tour was showing cancelled so they didn't pick me up but the same bus went to the tour place with everyone else. Then they said they will arrange a taxi for me to be dropped at the location of into the glacier (Arctic Adventures also send an email to confirm this) and I should wait 45 mins. After waiting for 45mins when the taxi didn't come, I contacted both your companies and they told me that they cancelled the taxi cause I wouldn't be able to reach the tour. Then they asked me to wait for 1.5 hours for a taxi to Reykjavík It's okay to make mistakes but they won't proactively take responsibility and correct it. I will never book any tour through them as they are unreliable. On top of this Arctic Adventures and Reykjavik Excursions keep asking me to call the other company to sort out the complimentary booking and compensation . Arctic Adventures is giving me complimentary Blue Lagoon tickets and refunding me the money for Into the Glacier Tour but honestly that doesn't make up for it as they made me spend all day calling both of them up to sort it out. I will only book through small reliable companies next time.

Avoid this company !!! Our most of other trips were cancelled due to weather warning and this was only one we could make it. Our driver picked us up from Reykjavik one hour late even though we were waiting from 8 am. After two hour of driving she said we cannot make it as we are late ( we were here for ice cave exploration ) . So basically she ruined our whole trip by picking us up very late .

Can’t the guide not come on time at lease ? If it was cancelled due to weather warning completely acceptable. This was on 26/12/2025. This is totally unacceptable and very disappointing. It even ruins the tourist experience in Iceland. I know I can get refund but we are not here for this .
