Great day trip tour to the ice cave on the glacier from hussafell. Our guide, Ryan, was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and made everyone comfortable. More of an adventure than we even expected - arrived in a blizzard on top of the glacier and wore crampons to walk the 400 meters within- some puddles and slippery parts. Come prepared with waterproof shoes, warm socks, waterproof outerwear and lots of snacks especially if you have kids! It says 3-4 hours but you’re at the mercy of nature and vehicles so can be several hours. Overall definitely recommend. Awesome to get to see a part of the landscape that we never could have on our own and to get so much history along the way!

We booked a "5 day" excursion through a 3rd party. It was broken up into a 2 day Snaefellsnes tour, then a 3 day South Iceland tour. Both tours were awesome, as well as both guides. There was only a minor issue that none of the hotels/activities were listed under our names. Artic Adventures mistakenly put everything under the 3rd-party person. This was a minor inconvenience; we just needed to pretend we were somebody else when checking in.

This was a fabulous tour. Our guide Palli was absolutely the best. We just got our photos back that he took and they're perfect! I was worried when it was cloudy in Reykjavik but this team knows their stuff and we spent about 2.5 hours watching the beautiful lights. I highly recommend this tour, company and especially Palli, to anyone.

6 day tour was amazing, don't be tempted to do the 7 day tour unless the company caps it's tour numbers on the extra day tour.

Waste of time and money. We were on a tour "chasing the northern lights" and while there was absolutely nothing to see the guide was trying to convince us how "amazing" the lights are through the camera! He was dragging us around, only taking photos himself to make a point that the lights were there while all of us, we were staying in the bus since there was nothing to see. Absolutely failure, felt like a big scam.

Reliable tour operators. Highly, highly recommend for snorkling enthusiasts. Don't expect to see any fish or coral, but as promised, you will get to see two continental plates, and the tour guides will help you swim between them. Warm wet suits are provided to offset the arctic cold.

Tried to reach out about our scheduled tour that was on the next day because we were all sick. They allow a refund if it's before 24 hours; however, it says the request must be in writing. We sent the email to the address listed and didn't get a response. As a result, we didn't get a refund or a chance to talk to anyone about not being able to make it. I understand they're running a business and can only do so much with cancellations, but no response at all was pretty frustrating, especially because they say it has to be some through writing.

Our tour guide was absolutely fantastic, and the ice caves were like stepping into another world! I would recommend this experience a hundred times over!
