We did zodiac boat tour on the Jokulsarlon lake and it was great! We went all the way to the glacier wall and given some waves it was a bit of a bumpy ride in one direction but it did not last that long. And then the time we had to see the beauty around us, slow drive around the icebergs, seeing seals swimming around the boat, it was really something special what we never did in our lives. Our guide Tamara was very knowledgeable and a great guide. Would recommend this to everyone! (and would definitely recommend zodiac boat over a smaller regular boat for tourists, as it takes you all the way to the glacier wall and to all the bigger icebergs, while the regular boat does a smaller circle in the front part of the lake)

We went on the Snowmobile and Ice Cave tour from Gulfoss and it was incredible!!!!!! I questioned whether or not to add on the ice cave and I am so happy that we did. It was an adventure we will never forget.

Will was a great guide for the snorkel tour! It goes by pretty quickly. Will and another staff member helped all of us get our gear on. That was quite the experience putting on the gear alone AND taking it all off after. I loved that we were divided into smaller groups so it was 6 of us. Quite a unique adventure!

Will was a great guide for the snorkel tour! It goes by pretty quickly. Will and another staff member helped all of us get our gear on. That was quite the experience putting on the gear alone AND taking it all off after. I loved that we were divided into smaller groups so it was 6 of us. Quite a unique adventure!

I recently completed the 6 day ring road tour with Artic Adventures. I had a brilliant time, the 6 day ring road trip was really well organised and I got to see a huge range of interesting places, including natural sights, learning about the history and the culture. All of the accommodation was exactly what was needed, clean and comfortable. The food was great and having the evening meals arranged was welcomed after a busy day, the lunch stops gave a great insight into the local way of life. Our guide Solmundur was brilliant, he took care of everything and shared lots of insight to the country.

We booked the Silfra Snorkeling with Artic Adventures. The booking and communication process was very easy. We chose to meet at the designated spot rather than use their transportation. Once we arrived, everything was well organized. Our fantastic guide, Marketa, helped explain the entire experience while ensuring our many layers of gear were properly put on. As soon as the adventure began, we were blown away! From the refreshing, crystal-clear water to the stunning colors below, we were in awe of our surroundings. I personally found this even more beautiful than snorkeling in the Caribbean. Knowing you are swimming in a Volcanic park between two continents is insane! Don't think twice about this. It is a MUST do in Iceland.
