Vjeran was our guide for a two day adventure along the South Coast and Glacier Lagoon. Not only did he share fascinating information about the sites we saw, he found us hidden gems along our trip that clearly were not on the usual tourist to-do list. He also served as our “selfie-stick” and not only took pictures for us as a family, but literally laid on the ground to capture the “wow” perspective. We had such a great time with him that we booked another tour with him as our guide and will have our friends and family specifically request him on their trips to Iceland

We did two excursions with Arctic Adventures on our recent trip to Iceland, "Into the Glacier Classic Tour" and "Solheimajokull Glacier Experience," and both were excellent! The guides were extremely knowledgeable, informative, and willing to answer any and all questions. Highly recommend booking with them for a unique Iceland experience!

The gear fitting took a bit too long, but once we got out on the glacier it was great. Our guide was new, and had a more senior guide helping him learn “on the job”. Overall, they take the safety and enjoyment of their guests seriously. I would have liked a bit more interpretation of the glacier, but I’m a nerd :)

This rating is purely for the summer experience. We took the Katla Ice Cave tour on May 31 as a spontaneous decision, excited to explore Iceland’s glaciers. While our tour guide was fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and professional — the overall tour didn’t live up to the expectations set by the company’s online advertising. The main issue is the disparity between what’s promoted online and what you actually experience, especially during the summer. The cave we visited was small and underwhelming, and it looked nothing like the stunning images shown on their website. We understand that glaciers and caves naturally change over time, but if the seasonal experience differs significantly, the company should communicate that more clearly. For the price, we expected something more substantial. Unfortunately, we left feeling quite disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this tour during the summer months.

Amazing experience! Our guide was very informative and knowledgeable about the Glacier. Felt very safe! This is highly recommended if you travel to Iceland. We did the intermediate tour which was approximately 6 hours.

It's a very chill relaxing tour with Bjorn! We had a great time. You get to see the main sites, and have enough time to stroll and enjoy the natural wonders! His stories and explanations of the areas and Icelandic culture were fantastic, not too little and not too much information. It felt like he really cared about our experience and checked in with us a number of times! I highly recommend going with this company. Oh, and the customer service was fantastic - super helpful, clear, and responsive! The highlight of our trip to Iceland for sure!

I was nervous about snorkeling in freezing water but as many have said about this excursion, it's worth the momentary discomfort! The dry suits provided are helpful in keeping most of you warm. Definitely read the instructions prior (a man in another group didn't bring socks which would have prevented him from going). Although we didn't travel with the group, the drive to the meet point was easy. Our guide Sara was lovely. I'd highly recommend this company.
