Dovilė led an excellent 4 day camping tour of the Laugavegur trail. She is very knowledgeable about the trail, maintained a sustainable pace, prepared delicious meals, and resolved issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend her as a guide. I recommend that Arctic Adventures perform more thorough screening of their prospective clients to ensure that the clients have the skills and physical abilities to complete a tour.

The highlight of our trip is snorkeling at the tectonic plate - It is amazing and memorizing! If you come to Iceland, join this tour. The underwater photo is amazing and free!!! The instructor is super kind, fun, and knowledgeable! Don't miss it!!!

It should have been a great day as we were going to see all sorts of waterfalls and the Black Beach as well as a glacier and the cute town of Vik. But, upon being greeted by our guide, Paul, we were about knocked over by his body odor. He was nice enough but when we had a van issue, the door wouldn’t open, we were left at a convenience store, without knowing where he went. He finally came back an hour later with a new van…and the air conditioning didn’t work. We were a group of 19 people in a van that held 19 people and the windows didn’t open. It got really hot in the van. We then on the way back had to pick up the van with the broken door and on the way back its air didn’t work but the radiator did and he couldn’t turn it off. The floor board was so hot I couldn’t even touch it. Today is July 16, 2025 and the temperature is 63° F and sunny. The views were wonderful but I would do this tour with another company and not Arctic Adventure.

Al momento de nuestra llegada habían demasiadas moscas, que es comprensible al ser una actividad de la naturaleza pero pudimos notar que las demás compañías operadoras de este tour prestaban unas protecciones para la Cabeza y cara para evitar que estas moscas se acercarán o entrarán en tu oído nariz o boca lo cual fue muy desagradable, al preguntar si tenían para nosotros Nos dijeron que esta compañía no ofrecía ese servicio, siendo algo tan sencillo como adquirir estas protecciones puede cambiar mucho la experiencia. De ahí en general todo muy bien! Guillermo nuestro guía excelente muy amable y muy bien español!
