We had an incredible glacier hike with Daniella. She truly made the experience unforgettable. Daniella was so knowledgeable about glaciers and shared plenty of cool facts about Iceland along the way, which kept us all interested. I really appreciated how she guided us at every step, making sure we felt confident and safe as we hiked. Since it was our first time on a glacier, her coaching made it easy and exciting. The pace was comfortable, with well-timed breaks, and even though the hike was easy, we were moving and walking pretty much the whole three hours. And of course, the views were absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend this tour if you want a little adventure and learning in a stunning setting.

Wir hatten einen supertollen Ausflug zum Gletscher, eine spaßige Fahrt mit den Schneemobilen und einen schönen Besuch in der Eishöhle. Unser Guide Björn war super nett und hat bei der Hinfahrt einen Zwischenhalt an einer Bäckerei vor geschlagen (Fahrt im 7.30 Uhr), da in Reykjavik kaum etwas um. Zeit auf hat, um noch Verpflegung zu besorgen. Auf dem Rückweg wurde noch ein kurzer Zwischenhalt eingelegt, um sich ein paar Islandpferde anzuschauen.

We recently went on a Blue Ice Climbing excursion with Arctic Adventures and had the absolute best time with our guide, Steve. He was friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and made everyone feel confident, safe, and included. The views were unreal and the entire experience on the glacier was nothing short of epic. This was our very first outing in Iceland and it set the bar extremely high for the rest of our trip. Due to this experience, we decided to book a last minute Golden Circle Tour later on in the week and had an absolute blast. As a rafting outfitter manager in the States, I’m always curious about how other companies operate, and Arctic Adventures delivered an exceptional, seamless experience from start to finish. It will be a memory we’ll be talking about forever and can’t wait to visit again! If you’re on the fence about booking- whatever tour it may be— my advice is to do it! It will be one of the best decisions you make for your travels in Iceland. Thank YOU guys!

Had a fantastic time, I had never walked on ice before and was not feeling very confident but Daniela was an amazing guide and very supportive, knowledgeable and helpful. Stunning views from the glacier too - a real highlight of my Iceland trip and would defintely highly recommend.

This has been an absolutely miserable experience. Myself, my fiancé and our two friends did the Northern Lights tour from Reykjavík. As soon as we and all of the other guests on the tour were picked up, our tour guide stood at the front of the bus and essentially informed us that he believed the tours should have been canceled due to the poor viewing conditions with cloud cover in the sky. However, the company was not willing to cancel since there was a small chance of some windows in the cloud cover, so the tour continued. What followed was one of the most frustrating almost 5 hours I have had in a long time, just a bunch of aimlessly driving around with no communication whatsoever on what we were doing or where we were going. This tour truly began at about 8:50, and we did not stop to allow for everyone to stretch their legs or use the restroom until just before 11:30. The cherry on top is that when we stopped, it was revealed that the vehicle we were riding in was having issues with one of the rear tires. All in all, we didn’t get back to the city until after 1:15 AM, which would have been fine if we were properly debriefed on what was going to be occurring DURING THE TOUR. We did not get to see the lights on this tour, but that is not what made us upset about the experience at all. It was the absolute lack of communication on behalf of the company. If we had been informed about the long trip ahead of time, we would have no ill will for the company. However, given that we were seemingly just driving around in random directions on a night where the guide basically admitted that the odds of us seeing the lights were going to be low, I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

Thor was everything a Tour Guide should be. He was friendly, polite, caring, fun and absolutely full of knowledge of the sites we visited and of the whole history of Iceland.

A brilliant experience from start to finish. We did two tours with Arctic Adventures whilst we were in Iceland. A very friendly team of people with so much knowledge to share. Every single aspect of the tours is so well organised and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend Arctic Adventures for anyone visit Iceland. They have a huge variety of excursions and experienced too, something for everyone.
