The 6-day Adventure around Iceland tour exceeded all expectations and absolutely blew us away. The incredible scenery, experiences, activities, food and atmosphere of Iceland were all outstanding, unique and will stay with us forever. To top it all off, our tour guide Tom, was funny, entertaining and so very knowledgeable about the country, culture and history. What a fantastic trip! We have already recommended it to all of our friends and family.

Fantastische gletsjerwalk met onze guide Anja van Artis. Ze vertelde ons veel over de gletsjer en er was genoeg tijd voor het maken van foto’s. Was hier ook heel behulpzaam bij. Ze heeft oog voor de hele groep en of iedereen oké is. Top!

My mom and I did the three-day Golden Circle tour with Thor, and we absolutely loved it. On the first day, Thor let us know that the weather on the final day wasn’t looking great, so he proactively rearranged some of the stops to make sure we wouldn’t miss anything. Even with these changes, we never felt rushed at any point. Thor was an excellent guide, he shared fascinating history and interesting facts at every stop, and he kept us well-informed as storm warnings developed. If you have a chance to have him as your guide take it! On the last day, we headed back toward Reykjavík earlier than planned to stay ahead of potential road closures, which meant we arrived in the city ahead of schedule. We expected to simply head to our hotel, but instead Thor went above and beyond by giving us a tour of Reykjavík and taking us to the Perlan Museum, which we really enjoyed. It wasn’t until we later looked back at the original itinerary that we realized just how much was packed into those three days. We didn’t miss a single stop and even got a bonus experience in Reykjavík. Thor and the team truly turned a potentially stressful situation into a fantastic experience. We would 100% recommend this tour to any friends or family visiting Iceland. It’s a great way to see all the highlights of the Golden Circle, and the small group size makes it feel much more personal.

I did a glacier climbing adventure with them, and it was incredible. You have to get your own transportation to skaftafell, but it is so worth it. Best tour company. Lucije and Josh were the absolute best tour guides. I felt so safe the entire time and it was incredibly fun. 10/10, am recommending to everyone that I know.

Highly recommended! My mom and I booked two tours fairly last-minute and had an excellent time! We went on the 2-day South Coast + Golden Circle tour and the Snaefellsnes day trip. Both were excellent! Our guides Sergio and Thor, despite very different backgrounds, were passionate about Iceland's unique history and landscape and kept the day fun and running smoothly. (Our guide for the Golden Circle was professional and kept us safe, but I don't think especially enjoys dealing with tourists.) We initially planned to self-drive and ended up really glad we changed plans as we got more context for everything we saw and didn't have to stress about navigating the unpredictable road conditions. I will also mention my mom has some mobility issues, and everything on our easy-rated tour was fine or adaptable for her, even in the snowy/icy conditions. We will definitely be visiting Iceland again and won't hesitate to book with Arctic Adventures on our next trip!

We joined the 7 days Around Iceland Adventure in mid March 2026. Maggie was our tour guide and driver for the first 6 days. She was absolutely fantastic. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She looked after us so well and she was very clear and engaging when she told us different stories of Iceland. We love her dining recommendations too! She was also very experienced and made sure it was safe when we were on the road (the weather was very unpredictable in March). Thank you Maggie and for making my first visit to Iceland full of fond memories!

Tomasz was our guide (I'm not sure if I spelled his name correctly—he's the tall man). He was simply amazing, always in a good mood and full of positive energy, explaining things to us and taking us to the best spots for photos and to enjoy the beautiful places. He made the trip even more enjoyable than the already stunning landscapes did. 100% recommended.

I had a great experience in Iceland despite the weather preventing me from experiencing the Aurora Borealis and whale watching.

We booked a tour to the Katla Ice Cave tour on March 31 and were told to be at the bus stop 30 minutes early. We arrive at 8:20am as instructed but weren't picked up until 9:40am. Waiting outside for over an hour in cold, windy conditions was very uncomfortable, especially with no access to restrooms. The delay and lack of communication made the experience frustrating before the tour even began. The tour itself may be worthwhile, but then pickup process definitely need improvement. Please be more considerate of guests' time and basic needs, especially in harsh weather conditions.

We love our 6/7 day around Iceland tour, it was very complete, we drove around Iceland and saw some beautiful landscapes which are so memorable and made us fell in love with the country. Our tour guide Margrét (we call her Maggie) has done a fabulous job, she is so knowledgeable and told us many interesting stories and information about Iceland. She is so well organised and looked after us well in crazy weather and always making sure we get enough time for stops and photos. We loved the tour so much and would definitely recommend to our friends!
