There is no signal (with any esim) and no WiFi service in the area. The staff don't really understand English (except for a few lines that they say to everybody). You are forced to wash your hair - I have thick long hair and explained that I'd literally just washed and dried it before leaving the hotel, but they don't care and force you to wash it on the spot, otherwise you're not allowed to get in the water. The place itself is pretty though, especially if you arrive when it first opens it's quite relaxing. If you're looking for the classic Instagram photo spot, that's not in the main area where you go to dive with the turtles, rather you have to walk past the main stairs and just keep going in the direction further away from the entrance - you'll spot a smaller staircase that seems more hidden. There's nobody there in the morning when it's still quiet, but for any Insta fanatics - the sun hasn't risen high enough in the sky to reflect in the water and create that beautiful glow. So if you want that super pretty picture you'd have to go around/after lunch :)
