Not a great experience
This tour was not the best. We were told all 5 of our kids would be able to drive their own ATV's and found out once we were there, the oldest 2 were the only ones aloud and the other three had to double ride with others. ATV's were old and broke often. Many had chains falling off repetitively or having to wait to have their machines to be exchanged 3 times during the ATV time. Zip line was fun but super scary and unsafe. Some of us did it, some did not. After thinking about it more once we left, I can't believe I let my kids do it. The structure you climb to get to the top alone was not safe at all. The cenote cave was fun and interesting. Our guide was very nice but we spent so much time waiting for the rest of our group to catch up to us. About 50% of our day was spent sitting and waiting. The lunch was white rice, black beans and two taquitos with lemonade. Any other drinks were at a cost. Overall was not worth the money we spent and we were disappointed.

Insgesamt bestanden die 4 Stunden leider zum Großteil aus rumstehen und warten. Der erste Teil bestand darin in eine Cenote zu gehen, das hat Spaß gemacht und war sehr interessant. Das reiten war allerdings nur 30 Minuten lang und einfach auf einem geraden Weg hin und zurück, kein Maya Dschungel oder sonstiges. Insgesamt eher enttäuschend für den Preis

乗馬目的だったので、セノーテには特に期待してなかったのですが、素晴らしかったです。 鍾乳石の洞窟をライトで照らしながら泳いでいくのは、スリル満点でした。水も澄んでいて気持ち良かったです。

The zipline, ATV, and horse ride were ok, but the cenote takes the cake!!!! That alone was worth everything we paid for the whole tour, it was absolutely amazing! Our tour guide Cristian aka Chilango was great too.

Gorgeous sunrise
Gorgeous sunrise! Alan took photos with his camera and drone, and also made a video compilation to help remember the trip. The hike was challenging, but not so steep that it was scary. It was a 6km hike in total, with 650m elevation gain. Make sure to bring warm clothes (including hat and gloves), you will likely spend at least an hour at the top for the sunrise. There were some dogs that followed us throughout the hike, and Alan also has a beautiful husky. I enjoyed having them on the trip, but if you don’t like dogs it might make you uncomfortable.

Our experience was fantastic, we had a great time! They explained the Mayan culture to us and how they still preserve it. The tour guides "Victor" and "Jorge" were the best. They gave us confidence and all the protective equipment, they explained each instruction in detail, in both English and Spanish.

Good Experience
This experience was mostly worth the money. After comparing many similar options in Tulum, I decided on this for a group of 5. The deciding factor was the added horseback riding experience. Although I'm rating it 4 stars, here's my overall breakdown: 1. Our guide Christian was great, super engaging and funny. Top tier. 2. The ATVs were good but I wish we had more of a tour-like experience. We spent close to 45 minutes, but we basically went down a long path, turned around and came back down the same path. Plenty of rough terrain, mud, rocks to enjoy them though. 3. Ziplines were fun. 5 ziplines in total, the last two being very high and long! My only complaint is that they didn't let us know there is a weight requirement for some of the ziplines, so one person missed two of the five. This was a major disappointment as the experience was booked for that specific person. 4. Horseback riding was unnecessary. This was maybe 15-20 minutes of a slow and guided ride which was literally outside the park and back. Think of the horseback rides typically seen at a carnival or kids birthday party. 5. The cenote was beautiful! You spend about 30-40 minutes swimming/walking through it learning about the history and significance of the cenote. You don't have to be a great swimmer to experience the cenote. Beware though, it is initially very cold. There are some fruit bats but they weren't noticeable and were very quiet. 6. Lunch was okay. It should hold you until you get to where you'd like to go afterward. Overall, it was fun and my group had a good time.

Not on time. Unplanned, tour guide was lost, had no fix plans of what to do next. Did a 4 hour trip in 8 hours. Had us wait on multiple occasions.

The excursions were great! Victor our guide is the BEST!!! We loved the authencity of being in the jungle.

This was really fun! we got a van for horseback riding, multiple ziplines, underground cenote and a van to pick up and drop us off. they also included a light lunch and lemonade
