A perfect day, especially in the rain in Bordeaux. Mathis was our tour guide. With clear communications and instructions prior to the tour, Mathis turned up on time and everyone was ready to enjoy ourselves. An excellent group size of just three couples, we were driven in a clean and comfortable Mercedes people carrier. Mathis was funny, engaging and knowledgeable. He was an excellent driver too. We were driven to 3 different vineyards, given guided tours in 2 and tasted wines in 3. We were never rushed and there was easy access to facilities, like bathrooms at every stop. The tour also took us to some of the most beautiful estates, even just to have photographs taken outside. Lunch in Pauillac was very pleasant and a good recommendation by Mathis again. We were back in Bordeaux by 5:30. All in all, a lovely tour, shared with other lovely guests.

The guide (Rodolphe) was terrific , other people on the tour was great and it was a really worthwhile/ informative afternoon. There just was not enough tasting I.E. , 2 tastes at 1 venue and 3 at another.

Wonderful afternoon in the Loire Valley.

An absolutely wonderful afternoon in the Loire Valley. Ilya our guide was sensational, and had amazing knowledge of wine, and the region of Vouvray. On top of that he had a wonderful sense of humour and kept us highly amused. The staff at the wineries we visited (Stephan and Lucille) were extremely welcoming, and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Loire Valley.

Great tour outside of Sarlat

Nice tour to explore area outside Sarlat The small towns were fun to wall around and views were incredible The castle were cool also The boat ride was relaxing and gave you a different view of the castle Lina was full of fun facts about the area She is a fantastic guide

I truly enjoined this tour. Our guide was exteremely knowledgeble and shared many interesting stories throughout the tour. I did not miss a word of his explanation sitting at the back of the mini van as he used the mic, which I thought was a very good idea. He took us to two very different wineries for tastings, which was also a fun experience. I am really glad that I joined the tour.

Almost a great tour !

Paschal is knowledgeable and passionate. Learned a lot. As Americans, we appreciate the recognition of the part our troops played in France’s history. Didn’t appreciate slamming US for mistakes made in locating a family member that was killed. Suggest you drop that story. What’s the point? Especially telling it at the end of the tour after so many other great stories. If not for that, it was a 5 star tour.

Great tour and sights

It was a full four hours of information and touring. Guide was well-versed on the Omaha Beach attack and answered all our questions with lots of extra facts. Well worth the price as we would have missed a lot if we'd gone on our own.

Fantastic day

Fantastic experience! Our guide Laetitia was amazing - really knowledgeable, engaging, friendly and funny. She explained the differences between the three terroirs we visited and led us in tastings giving us also plenty of time to take photos as we went. She also pointed out must see places, and good places to eat in Saint-Emilion. Thanks also to Valentine and Ben for the guided tastings at the wineries we visited in Pomerol and Fronsac. It was a really enjoyable day and the small group size was just right.

Fantastic experience! The narrative during the drive, and somelier game on drive back, tour of St. Emilion, and the vineyard tour and tasting at the Chateau were all five stars. Mathis was an exceptional English speaking guide.
