I’m so glad we did this tour, I learned so much. I only wish we’d done the full day so I could have learned more! Our tour guide, Matt, was phenomenal. He was very passionate about the job, extremely knowledgeable, and made the whole day enjoyable. I would 1000% recommend this to anyone, and I would do another tour with Matt in a heartbeat!

A lovely trip around the Alsace region! Laurent was a great guide, very knowledgeable about each location, especially the castle! Also able to answer any other questions we had about the region and gave us great recommendations of places to check out at each stop as well as a tour of each area.

Visited three unique wineries and visited a beautiful village for lunch. Very picturesque and memorable.
Great tour with Ophorus. Highly recommend to anyone interested in knowing more about the Alsace region of France and it's mostly family owned wineries. We had a lovely day!

Fun!
Great place. Very fun to walk at Christmas time. The whole town is decorated with lots of lights, Christmas decorations all over. Very colorful. There are 6 markets and a lot to see.

Bad Weather
Our tour guide was great but we couldn't enjoy it due to bad weather and cold. Not to visit in winter. I got sick after this tour. The wine-tasting experience was good though. We couldn't visit the oldest part ( behind closed doors) of the Saint Emilion as you need to book that separately with the local tour company.

Over rated vineyard
The guide Rodolphe was very nice He was our driver, and also our guide thru out the tour including the wine tasting However the facility was not what we expected really when you compare to other vineyards. Over priced!!!!!!!

Beyond Strasbourg
The weather was unstable and blustery, but the tour was still a great experience. Colmar, Eguisheim, Riquewihr— all charming and beautiful. But the castle visit was particularly interesting, thanks largely to Laurent’s engaging, amusing, informative patter. New, comfortable vans; good, reliable, and clear communication with management; excellent guides. A great chance to see more of Alsace!

Stunning town
This would be one of the most beautiful towns in France that I have ever visited. It is absolutely stunning. We walked down the zigzag path, passing the 12 Stations of the Cross and there is information on all of them in both French and English. My daughter and I walked along the main street and then caught the lift which went half way to the top and transferred to cable car to the top. It was interesting to see all the houses and buildings built into the side of the hill, which is even more spectacular from the opposite bank, giving an excellent view. My only regret is that we had not booked our accommodation in Rocamadour rather than a nearby town. I would love to visit again and stay a couple of days and soak up the atmosphere. We then had lunch at a restaurant at the top but unfortunately I did not note the name!

Rodolpho Knows the WIne Business
This was a great day out. Our guide, Rodolpho, was excellent. His expansive knowledge of wines, wine-making and the numerous Chateaux in the area made for a thoroughly educational and entertaining day. In addition, Rodolpho has a great sense of humor, so much so that we were sad to finally say goodbye. We would highly recommend him.

Poignant DDAY experience
Matt from Ophorus took our Aussie family on the day trip to D-DAY sites, including the Omaha and Utah landing beaches, U.S. cemetery, the Pointe du Hoc site and historic Sainte-Mère-Eglise village. Matt's energetic narrative style was complimented with fascinating historical facts and aspects of the poignant period of D-Day. Our family enjoyed the experience and highly recommended Matt's Northerner charisma.
