This morning I joined the Movie Sites and Ranch Tour. I had just parked my car afterward, but because my blood sugar was low and I didn’t see a small hole in the ground, I fell really badly. My hands, arm, and legs all got seriously scraped. Some of the staff heard the noise and came over to help me. Sam, took me to clean the wounds and helped find bandages to wrap everything. I’m really grateful. Thank you all so much for helping me!!

We did the UTV Raptor tour and had a blast! There were four of us, and we had plenty of room in our UTV. I let my 56-year-old aunt drive, and she said it was super easy to handle. It rained on and off during the ride, but honestly, I didn’t mind since it kept the dust down. Matt was hilarious, and Kay (I hope that’s her name—sorry if I got it wrong!) was super sweet. They even offered to take some photos for us, which was awesome. Overall, they were fantastic! 10/10 😊

A fabulous tourist hot spot! Kualoa has a lot of history and a great place to check out on your visit. We did the Jungle Expidition Tour - it was 1.5 hrs and absolutely worth every penny ($60 per person). The tour felt longer than the 1.5 hrs too. Our tour guide, Justin, was fantastic! He was funny and answered any and every question our group asked. He was a wealth of knowledge and good vibes. Everyone at the Kualoa Ranch was exceptional. You felt welcome the second you pull in. Thank you for an amazing tour full of amazing views and history!

We had a group of 6 and showed up an hour early, they pushed us to get a photo taken we didn’t want, then that caused our whole group to sit beside strangers. Then the tour guide wouldn’t let anyone change seats. It was so weird. Imaginary rules and made the whole trip awkward for everyone. Probably the most boring and disinterested tour guide I’ve ever seen. Way too many cows, and cow poop, and they act like seeing a cow is a big deal and we should all feel special about it. Great way to be bored and miserable.

On Friday, 14 November 2025, my partner and I visited Kualoa Ranch with hotel pickup from Waikiki, about an hour away. Our package included the Ocean Voyage and the Movie Sites Tour. The Ocean Voyage was enjoyable but fairly basic—about 30 minutes on a catamaran looking for turtles, followed by a short tour of a historic fishpond and some movie history. The included buffet lunch was plentiful with good variety. The Movie Sites Tour, however, was outstanding. Highlights included Battery Cooper, a WWII bunker carved into the mountain with historical displays and props from films shot on the ranch. The tour travelled through multiple filming locations for Jurassic Park, Lost, and many others. Our guide was exceptional, sharing impressive knowledge of both the movie history and the cultural history of the area. Horseback and ATV tours were unfortunately fully booked on the day. Highly recommend the Movie Sites Tour—an excellent experience.

Kualoa Ranch is definitely a must visit in Oahu. Shout out to Devin, our e-bike tour guide! Particularly, the E-bike tour gives you the opportunity to look into spots that you can't by the bike or other rides. Our guide was phenomenal - explained all the history, took good care of us making sure no one is injured, and took great photos as well. Highly recommended!

We did a tour so were picked up by bus at 7.15a. Our tour wasn't till 9.45a so sat around waiting. The 90 minute tour we did was the movie tour. Being an Aussie and living in the tropics we get when it rains! However one would think the transport would be adequately equipped to also keep you dry when this occurs. Nope, no windows and no plastic cover over the trucks to at least keep you somewhat dry. They run to schedule and the driver is nice and dry however the paying passengers are drenched. I picked this tour due to the amazing views described and seen in pictures so really wanted to see a little mountain and ocean combined. I know the ranch can not control the weather however they can control how wet one gets. Disappointed after paying $145aus dollars we really didn't see the views. I would still recommend doing this tour however don't do it when raining especially in a downpour. There was a lot of sitting around waiting which is a problem if you don't have your own vehicle. Take a poncho or purchase out there for $2.

This was a gorgeous tour, the guide was very knowledgeable about everything and funny. He was really great about taking everyone’s pics as well even if you didn’t want to ask-which was nice. I can’t remember his name but he has long hair and lives on the ranch h with his wife. Give this man a raise!

Leilani and Leiana are wonderful tour guides for the UTV Raptor Tour. I don’t know how much they make, but give these ladies a raise! Excellent attitude and great customer service. They took pictures for us, provided so much information about the land itself as well as all of the popular media filmed at the ranch, and were overall wonderful to all of us. Prepare to get dusty and dirty!

Bonnie was very nice. We got to see a lot of hidden places and tasted special Hawaiian treats. This is a good tour for old people and for those who are into growing your own food.

This is a fun spot even if you just walk around by yourself. The paid tours can be a lot of fun as well.

We initially cancelled our tickets because the listing clearly stated we could cancel up to 26 days before the tour date. After we cancelled, the company suddenly claimed the tickets were non-refundable. So we immediately contacted them and explained that we weren’t asking for a refund now — we simply wanted the tickets we already paid for in full. Yet they are still refusing to give us our tickets back. We paid $370, and instead of resolving the issue, the company is being completely unreasonable and greedy, keeping our money without providing the service, claiming they have marked us as a “no show” for a date that hasn’t even happened! Even Viator has told us they’ve repeatedly tried to explain the situation to the company, and honestly, the way they’re operating feels like a scam. Despite our multiple attempts to reach out and explain how frustrated and devastated we are, the company has shown zero compassion and is ignoring Viator’s calls — fully aware of the situation. This is unacceptable customer service. No accountability, no integrity, and no professionalism. Avoid this company unless you’re okay with losing your money.
