Did the standard UTV tour. It was two hours through the mountains. more movie set, less nature focused but all in all pretty solid experience

We have done 4 tours at the Ranch over the years and each guide we had made it enjoyable. Can't go to Oahu without visiting Jurassic Park !!!

We took the Jungle Tour and it was surprisingly informative and the scenery was breathtaking. I didn't expect very much, but it was great. I only wish they had played Hawaiian music on the truck instead of the Jurassic Park soundtrack.

We did the ATV tour and really enjoyed it — it lasted about 1.5 to 2 hours, which was great for the price. The guide was super friendly, and the views were absolutely stunning. We’ll definitely be back with great pleasure!

Went horse riding 2hrs. Unfortunately cut short by 30mins due to thunder storms but understandable. Brilliant experience and got an email with a partial refund. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Really fun and beautiful place to visit! The staff is very accommodating and a lot of fun to hang around. The UTV tour was a lot of fun with a bunch of stops. Highly recommended!

If I could give this place a 0 star I'd do it with a smile. I give them 1 star due to the fact the zip line was more fun than the UTV also faster in my opinion. The zip line staff was amazing. I forget the guys names however I do remember the lady's name her name is MAC. Great people to do zip line with (the zip lines were faster than UTVs). However doing the UTV we had to rely on Tyler the other group to show us the sights. My problem with this establishment is a few things. Daniel (horrible utv personel...maybe this jobs not for him) our tour guide was more concerned with keeping his Instagram influences clean YOURE ON A UTV RIDE YOURE GOING TO GET DUSTY... Why sacrifice the crew of UTVs at 5mph when y'all say 15 mph and or stay one raptor length away. There was times where we did 5mph or less ... My problem is this when we talked to KAWIKA. About the issue he professed that "I'm a military man with integrity we will contact you tomorrow" guess what this "integrity" guy KAWIKA has 0 integrity. I would have respected him more had he called and just said we have a no refund policy. However no phone call to communicate anything.....Say what you mean and mean what you say that's just my opinion. However I could be completely wrong. I've definitely told everyone I know don't go here if you want to be let down by UTVs. Also there's people I know that are coming to the island and told them to spend money elsewhere. In my opinion dealing with corportized business they care about making money rather than the experience I'm sure they'll book a "new movie" to differ the costs of anyone from the main land. When KAWIKA told my mom Im a man of integrity I'll call you in the morning. I knew he was just blowing smoke... And that's shameful for being a "military" man as he claimed with a grin....

My husband and I waited the last minute to book the UTV Raptor tour, so by the time we booked they only had the ride along option left. We decided to book anyway, and we’re so glad we did because we had the absolutely best time!! Our guide was Johnny, and not only was he funny and outgoing but extremely informative. He made the tour so much fun! I would recommend doing the ride along with the guide, as we were able to get our own VIP tour with extra stories, and could ask all the questions we wanted.
