This is definitely one of my favorite tourist traps.. You can visit, but it's not free. There are multiple tours to choose from. If you're a fan of Jurassic Park, this is a must visit. If you're just curious, it's still a beautiful mountainous ranch to visit. The gift store is also fun to visit. However, the location of this ranch is a bit far and requires a rental car to get here. 🦖🦕 🤠

So our tour guides were amazing and the tour was knowledgeable and beautiful. Paulo and team were so much fun! They brought energy from moment 1 of checking in for the tour, which matched our energy right away. There was 4 of us girls on the tour and we were all laughing and enjoying the tour in the pouring rain!!! We were all soaked but laughing so hard. The scenery was epic. Paulo also gave us a bluetooth speaker so we were singing and laughing all together. 100% will recommend this tour and ranch to anyone that we know visiting O'ahu.

While my overall review may change following today’s experience, I wanted to share some initial concerns regarding customer service. Unfortunately, my interaction via email has been less than ideal, primarily due to a lack of flexibility and understanding in addressing an honest booking mistake. I accidentally booked the wrong experience after receiving confirmation materials that differed significantly from what was described on the website. Thinking I had chosen incorrectly, I proceeded to book a second experience—only to later realize that my original booking was, in fact, the correct one. I reached out promptly to request a refund for the second booking, while still planning to attend the first. Despite understanding that businesses have policies, I’m also familiar with PCI compliance and how most modern payment systems function. Given that, it’s disappointing to hear that a refund supposedly isn’t possible, especially when the request was made in good faith and with in less than 15 hours of making the bookings. Additionally, I feel compelled to point out that one of the representatives, Staysha, could benefit from more professional email communication. On a more positive note, Tia (or "T") was exceptionally kind and helpful during our interaction. I hope the on-site experience today will shift my overall impression in a more positive direction

This is without a doubt the place gets the full vibe of the island. There are a number of options to explore this beautiful property. If your budget is on the higher side do the Raptor and horse back tours , they are simply breathtaking. If you have a family with kids definitely recommend the various group tours but only one at a time. The tours are well worth the price but doing more than one in a day can be a bit much for kids under 5/6 , these tours are long and have notice kids tend to lose interest if the do more than one tour in a day ( you know your children so if they can do more by all means) . The lunch buffet is also great value as you know anything in Hawaii can cost you a fair amount, the quality is a step above. I have been to the ranch more than a dozen times and you will learn something each time. The tour guide are great at what they do listen and your time will be well spent observing all that is beautiful (Tips are appreciated, even if it’s just a 5) . ****One more thing book your tours for horse and raptors tour before you arrive on island as they are almost sold out****

Great tour! We did the UTV’s and it was great. Well worth the price and the views are wonderful! Guides were great fun too!
