To all People who require handicap accessibility, double check before you leave to go to this facility. I was on my dream Hawaiian vacation and during planning, I reached out to this company and initially was told that the accessible vehicle was down but to call back in a couple of days and when I did, I was advised that it was functioning. I booked myself and my family of four for that vehicle. Upon arriving at the location, I was told that the vehicle was not functioning. There was lots of fervor around whether there were other vehicles that might be able to accommodate me. There was even talk of me having to pay more for one of those vehicles, but ultimately they could not accommodate me. Although the money was refunded and they stated that they had tried to contact me, it was not through email and only through telephone but someone had written down an incorrect phone number, so needless to say, I was devastated. My family refused to go on any excursion without me so our entire day was wasted. The manager that I dealt with was very matter-of-fact and did not seem concerned at all about how impactful this was for us. I would highly encourage you call before you venture out to their property because apparently they only have one accessible vehicle, which seems to be somewhat of an ADA violation, but who knows?? Just hoping to spare another family the disappointment that we experienced.

My friend and I rode horses through Kualoa Ranch and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life! I have been riding for 20 years and it was my friend’s first time on a horse, we both had such an amazing experience. The horses (mine was Trooper🥰) were so well behaved and knew exactly where to go and what to do. Our guide, Leah, truly made the experience what it was. She was fun, so sweet, knowledgeable, and overall a fantastic guide to have through the journey. We got to learn the history of the ranch, the Hollywood movie scenes, and the important role it played in WWII, and it exceeded all of my expectations. I have been lucky enough to ride horses across the world- however this one just might have been my favorite. If anyone is looking to go to Kualoa Ranch, I HIGHLY recommend the horseback tour. “The best views in the world are often seen between the ears of a horse”

Quite a good experience, but suggest to book in advance. Staff makes a fool of you by sharing very less information, I booked on their confirmation, but later found other timing were also open. I asked to reschedule, they said: my Supervisor doesn’t approve although you booked few minutes back.

I'm 71 years old, local resident, and I recently took the e-bike tour with my grandkids. What an amazing and fun experience! We had an incredible time. The e-bikes were top of the line-easy to ride and maneuver, even for someone my age. The trail was moderately challenging and took us to several iconic movie locations, as well as breathtaking views of the sacred mountains. Our tour guide, Cheyenne, was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly made the tour memorable.

7/2025 With numerous direct feedback from people I've come across, it's definitely a point of interest everyone should consider putting on their radar when on Oahu. It's an impressive operation spanning over 4000 acres. There's a food concession out there too. Put it on your list early though when you start planning and booking flights. 😉🤙✌️

The Kuoloa Ranch is a great family location with an abundance of tours on offer. My wife and i took the guided bus tour and the UTV tour around the island and realy enjoyed our day. Cheers and thank you to the Kualoa Ranch for an awesome holiday experience.

We did the UTV Raptor tour on 27/06 with two of my cousins. Was such an amazing experience, beautiful views and great tour guides Ben, ?Paulo not entirely sure with the American accent lol with the food recommendations and have already forgotten the lead guides name lol but they were great and funny. Definitely one of my favourite experiences of Hawaii. Mahalo!
