If you are doing the UTV activity please arrive 45 minutes so your activity won’t be cancelled. I had booked mine for 11am and yes I know it says to arrive 45 minutes before but it does not state that if you don’t your activity will get canceled. If you scheduled for 11am I wouldn’t consider myself to be late if I arrived 10 minutes before 11am. Now if it said if you’re not here by 10:15am (45 minutes before) you will be considered late and your activity will be canceled. I spent a good amount of money to be able to do this activity I drove an hour and a half earlier to get there 45 minutes before but there was so much road work. I wasn’t able to even get it rescheduled all they told me was to contact my third party.

From check in to end of tour was a seamless experience! Fia & Ava started our UTV and unfortunately Ava wasn’t feeling well (she was so funny! Hope she feels better soon) but David stepped into take over & it was still an amazing time! Fia and David (I know that’s his English name and I apologize) shared lots of facts about the ranch and other things about the island. We can’t thank you enough for such a fun experience. 💜

We did the UTV tour and it was so much and our guide Johnny was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and had plenty of dad jokes during, I’d highly recommend going.

We had the unfortunate occurrence of missing our UTV tour we booked even though we left a hour and a half ahead of time (construction on freeway) through a third party website and were unable to get a refund from that company. Kualoa ranch employees JT and Andrew helped us so much and got us onto a new and better tour experience for the inconvenience we dealt with that day. We are so incredibly appreciative of these folks for saving the day! Huge Mahalo to Kualoa Ranch for a wonderful experience!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. We booked our reservation and they had confirmed it and when we got here they said we could go on our atv ride and we tried to get our money back and they said it wasn’t possible and they were very rude about it and my kids were so disappointed they couldn’t go on the atv ride and raptor tour. I was talking to other guest around and they said the same thing happened to them do not use this place it’s horrible.

Did UTV tour and got to see tons of different movie sites

One of my families favorite adventures on our vacation! We did the UTV tour and it was incredible! The views were stunning and the guides were fun, engaging and knowledgeable. We had the best time here! The ranch is also working hard to preserve the land and a large portion of the tickets go to help with preservation.

WOW. What an experience!! This is a must do in Hawaii. I am a huge fan of movies, especially Jurassic Park and this was made for me. I went as a solo traveler and did the Jurassic Adventure Tour. Our guide also took us to the movie bunker as a bonus. The scenery and history of this location can not be emphasized enough. This is a must do! I absolutely recommend this ranch. We did the Movie Tour and the the views from our small open tour vehicle were absolutely awe inspiring, with some of the most beautiful nature sights and mountain backdrops I've ever seen. This ranch is the location used to film many of our most memorable block buster films like Jurassic Park, Godzilla, Mighty Joe Young, Jumanji and so many more! It left me speechless and I will never forget it's beauty. We also went on the two-hour horseback trail ride. It was my first horse ride and at age 69 I'm surprised I could handle it, which was a testament to how great our guide was. She was awesome. Of the outdoor tours we we did, this was without question my favorite!

Did the UTV tour here and it was a major highlight! Mike was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable, personable, and kept things fun and safe in perfect balance. The tour gave a great balance of beautiful sights, cultural teachings, and movie sights. Mike was also a great photographer and took photos for every group, getting us set up in the perfect spot and posed and all. I’m not one to drop crazy money on activities on vacation but this was 100% worth it, and I’d do it again if I ever get the opportunity to come back to HI.
