An incredible trip and an incredible experience we will never forget. Javi and Walter were fantastic guides, and all the porters and chefs did a fantastic job. Couldn’t recommend enough

100% recommend

Incredible experience doing the 4D/3N Inca trail! Our guides Elisban and Deivid were fantastic - knowledgable, hard-working, and they went above and beyond all expectations. The food was fresh, diverse and delicious (unbelievable that they have to trek it all in...). I was also glad to support a fully Peruvian tour company that truly seems to treat their employees well and gives back to the community. I 100% recommend Alpaca to anyone doing the Inca trail!

An Unforgettable and Deeply Grounding Journey on the Inca Trail!

Completing the 4-day Inca Trail trek was the experience of a lifetime, made completely seamless by an absolutely world-class crew. From day one, our Americo and Celio were the heart and soul of the journey. Their deep knowledge and passion for Inca history, culture, and native flora/fauna brought the ancient stones to life at every checkpoint. They paced us perfectly, kept our spirits incredibly high, and provided a safe, encouraging environment that made us feel completely supported through every challenging dead womens pass. Celio was my pacer as I was slower than others in the group. We were also blown away by the food—it is mind-boggling what the culinary team can whip up in a tent on the side of a mountain! Every meal was a gourmet, multi-course feast featuring fresh, clean, and nourishing Peruvian flavors that gave us the perfect fuel for the trail. The entire trekking experience was a beautiful balance of physical accomplishment and mental reset. Sharing this journey as a couple, surrounded by the silence of the Andes and the camaraderie of our crew, was incredibly grounding. If you are thinking about booking this trek, do it. It is a profound experience you will carry with you forever!
