Good experience.
A very good experience for my wife, my son, and myself. We were fortunate to be in a great group (Spanish + Danish + Italian). We were delighted to prepare tiramisu as well as tagliatelle and ravioli. However, it was a pity not to have a bit more choice regarding the types of pasta to make or even the filling. I understand that in terms of organization, it would be complicated to create the dough for us to make the dishes ourselves, as 2 hours of resting time are necessary. However, having the option to make the dough to take home if we desire would have been a nice addition. In any case, a big thank you to Gianluca and Nina for their kindness and great experience. We still prefer the ravioli in terms of complexity and preparation. Although it was more difficult, it was very enjoyable to taste them at the end. A solid 4 out of 5.

The course was excellent and very easy to follow. I learned how to make authentic Italian pasta with tomato sauce from scratch. Chef Vlad was amazing: passionate, patient and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. It is a very, very good experience; Annachiara helped us at all times with questions and translated the chef's instructions. My son Alonso felt very comfortable and happy making his fresh pasta. 100% recommended.
