Traveler reviews
Great day out at the Taowers
Excellent as usual. Love the place
The Smiler feels like a shell of its former self, being back the Correction theming and audios, it would make the ride!
Smiler area feels neglected!
Fab spring day visit!
We love Alton Towers and have recently had hit and miss visits with rides going down etc but today was a triumph! Super lovely staff (long blonde haired lady) in the car park and the absolute best were the Runaway Minetrain team on 20.05.26. Well done to Louis, Ben, Izzy and Adam who were fun and super friendly! CHOO CHOO!
Great day out, don’t go at weekends though.
We visited on a Thursday and most rides were straightforward with minimal wait times. The weather was lovely and it was a great family day. The staff were generally helpful except for one member on Nemesis Reborn who clearly mistook us for army recruits. They were bossy and unnecessarily shouted.
Friendly and helpful
Thanks so much to Kim in the box office who was amazing and helped us with refund for fast past because my wife had hurt her neck and couldn’t go on any rides (and agreed to use the refund to upgrade my daughters one instead).
