- Drivers of the buggies must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a minimum of one year of driving experience.

Highlight of our week
We did the monkeyland and plantation tour with “sexy papi 6” and manuel as our driver. It was the highlight of our trip. On the drive to the location he taught us a lot of interesting things about life in the Dominican Republic. He had a great attitude and was very funny and kind. Thank you so much!
Tour
The tour itself was great, and our tour guide, Greg, did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the billing issue afterward has been extremely frustrating. My card was charged twice for the same tour. I have my receipt showing the reservation I actually made and paid for. The company claims their system shows two separate reservations, but both reservations were supposedly made for the exact same date and time. It does not make sense that I would intentionally book and pay for two identical reservations for myself at the same time. I have provided proof of the duplicate charge and my receipt, yet they have refused to issue a refund. I am only requesting that the duplicate charge be refunded. I enjoyed the tour and have no issue paying for the service I actually received, but I should not be charged twice for the same reservation.

Monkeyland lots of fun!
Nacho was my tour guide and Alejandro was the driver. Both were extremely hospitable! Nacho is extremely good at what he does, he was even translating the tour into English and German. The experience was very good and I really enjoyed interacting with the super cute monkeys. 10/10 would recommend
Day of Zip lining fun in the Dominican Republic
Gabriel & Freddy were a great team. Freddy was an extremely courteous & attentive driver, Tour guide Gabriel was very friendly and extremely intelligent & informative. He explained about the activities throughly and information about the DR overall, from its history to its current events and activities. They also had cold water and even some soda after the activity on the way back to the hotel. Runners p/u in their own comfy a/c van to & from the activity. The zip lines themselves were extremely fun experience. The double line with other people was really exciting and thrilling. Extremely safe and thrilling. There is a safety training school you have to attend and professional guides at each take off and landing to attached and detached you from the zip line cables. I’d highly recommended this team and activity.
