Book this trip for sure!
Everything was easy as can be, being an American I appreciated all the English explanations and instructions. Every crew member was extremely friendly and ready to help in any way. Brian and Nacho were excellent and we enjoyed their hospitality for being with us from pick up to drop off. The excursion says 4 hours but we were picked up at 7AM and dropped off at 4pm so 9 hours from pick up to drop off. Would definitely come again
Amazing Experience!
This tour was an amazing experience for our family of 5. The driver Brian and tour guide Nacho were incredible and made this a trip we will never forget. The food, monkeys, zipline and chocolate/coffee presentation were favor informative. The tour has a lot packed into one day and is very reasonably priced.
Amazing experience
Really good trip, definitely worth it. Exceeded expectations, had nice Dominican food for a meal. Ziplines were really good. Monkey experience was amazing, plenty of photos! Can even take your phone in and get all your own videos/photos although the professional ones are a good price.
Zip-lines & Monkeyland fun, but a long day of standing & waiting.
The zip-line and monkey land excursions were really fun. It was about an hour and a half from our hotel Bahia Principe Romana to the Zip-lines. The lines were long for the zip-lines because they combined several groups together. In all there were close to 100 people that went through the zip-lines at the same time. The wait was too long and a recommendation for the company is to reduce the number of people in each group to about 30 at a time that start and then wait 20 minutes or so for the next group to start. This would hopefully reduce the wait time in line especially at the start and also at #9. Overall the zip-lines were fun, but just too much waiting and standing. The lunch was good and needed after the zip-lines. It consisted of pasta, rice, beans, stewed chicken in sauce and fried chicken. Water, Coke & Sprite available with lunch. The monkey house was fun, but the group was still fairly large. The squirrel monkeys were a delight to see and have them sit on you for photos. Overall, a good experience, but be prepared for a long day.
Monkey land tour
Our tour George’s hospitality was excellent. He is knowledgeable, humorous, kind, and polite. We felt very safe with our driver Matias too! 10/10 I would recommend this experience!
