Trip of a lifetime!
Had such an amazing trip! Our Guide Alex was super knowledgeable and made every feel comfortable and welcome! The first day of the hike up to the glacier was fairly difficult with the altitude but super beautiful! It was really great having full course meals along the way! Would definitely recommend!
Inca flat is not the same as flat ;)
Alex was an amazing guide who was very informative, funny, adaptable to the needs of the group! Would definitely do another tour with him again! The trek itself was amazing! So many different landscapes/geography, amazing food and challenging but rewarding experience!
Amazing Salkantay Challenge
It was nothing short of amazing. My boyfriend and I joined a group with Fredy Apaza as our guide. He was amazing. His knowledge of the area and his passion for the culture was truly amazing and we learned to much. He really made our hike. The scenery was gorgeous despite the rain. It was worth every cent. Our chef, Guido, prepared unreal food throughout the trip that fueled us for the long hiking days! We loved it and want to return to do a different trail … with Fredy!
Unforgettable
Amazing experience and hike with our tour guide Fredy Apaza and lovely chef guido!
Great experience
Great experience. Guides Marco and Anthony were really fantastic and very knowledgeable. They also showed us round Machu Picchu in full. Trek was hard and a lot of miles covered but not at high altitude for too long. Would suggest some minor improvements on accommodation/transfers but overall a great trip. FYI you also join the 4-day group but a day later, and it is a very early wake up (around 1:30am) on day 1. Just worth noting.
